    Thank you very, very much. The most valuable video I have seen on advanced rhinestones. It has helped me a lot. Just one question: is there any way to convert a design we have in simple rhinestones to advanced rhinestones, that is to say, to realistic rhinestones? Thanks again.

    • @latriciacreates
      @latriciacreates Місяць тому

      Thank you for compliment. You are able to change the rhinestone designs to the realistic look. However, you may need to make some adjustments. Once you have your design uploaded in Silhouette Studio, go to the Advanced panel, make sure your design is highlighted, select your stone size, select your spacing, then select your fill. Once you click on the fill, it should change to the realistic rhinestones. If it doesn’t look the way you want, you can adjust your spacing. If necessary, you can move some stones around. The more complex the design, the more tedious the process. Some designs are easier than others. I hope this is helpful.

      I bought it through the kickstarter campaign. I don’t recall seeing the word “only”. Additionally, I spoke with their customer service who told me it is compatible with my D1 laser. I also watched their live and they said it is compatible with ALL of their lasers and it is compatible with other lasers.

      @latriciacreates for cutting the basic screens, but for the multi color even to this day if you go to the questions section of the kickstarter, the very first question starts out. Which models is the screen printer compatible with? The screen printer currently supports the vast majority of laser engravers on the market. Specifically, for xTool models, the 11.5*16in frame perfectly fits the models S1 and D1 Pro, for which we have also developed frame-fixing pieces. The frame fixing pieces only work for the S1, and the D1Pro each of which has its own piece.

      @curtgroen2712, fair enough. It is more suitable for the D1 Pro and the S1.

    Have you done a firmware update? I got my laser a few days ago and once the firmware updated, the settings appeared

      I updated the firmware when I did this video to version 1.7.8 and the settings weren’t there for my D1. If there is a new version, I have not done an update. If you just got your laser, you probably got the D1 Pro. I have the original model that has been discontinued. I will check for an update. Thank you very much.

    I have the same unit. I think that xTool Creative Space software isn't working for me. It's a crapshoot as to whether I can get it work predictably. The settings for screen printing were spot on however. I switched to Lightburn. It has a little more predictable outcomes but there's a little bit more of a learning curve. Way more settings. Anyhow, good luck - it is possible to get good shirts. I think I've made 20 so far.
