I lost 150 lbs waking. I can't believe I can skate again. I am in my 40s now. Walking saved my life. Come along for some great walks and learn to embrace new healthy habits. While you are out walking, you get to see some of the most beautiful things such as flowers, rivers, animals, insects, trees and etc. It is a pleasure to share these beautiful videos with the hope that you all go walking, too. (Skating too!!!!)

A couple of days before I had to drive back down to work in Las Vegas my son and I hit up the Wilson River again. We got about 15 fish and were super happy to kick off my last days of summer 2024 in Oregon with a bang.

Hey there. First year fishing the Wilson. But my son did see a lunker steelhead over 5 pounds. There are beautiful holes with no fish, and we think the steelhead claim those. I am sure by the end of the summer they run that high though.
