Super video
Thank you
Both of you .. since entered Albania.. i could hear only complaints from you... if i was you and i didn’t like it .. i could honstly reverse back and i could have ended that trip. I don't understand... when you willfully go to a country and start been grumpy as soon as you enter a country...in this case Albania..... i hope Albania have less grumpy and negative thinking people like you in the future
I’m not sure why you think we don’t like Albania. We love the place and the people and we recommend it as a place to come.
It sound like the Lady .. really didn't wanna go to Albania.. .. Just by her comments .. you could sense her pointing wrongs and every time she speaks not positive.. if she wanna be honest.. I wanna be honest with her too.. in the end you went there
We both love Albania - it's a beautiful country with beautiful people. It's certainly somewhere we would like to travel more in and will recommend to everyone we meet.
Hopefully he isn’t disqualified for being given a lift. 😂
He was crossing the road because that’s where the hare went yesterday 😂😂😂
Your assuming the wheel isn't buckled 😅
Yes. Wheels need to be true.
Doing this with strings come on they invented stuff for this
He's in the Middle East. A stringline is cutting-edge technology.
I agree there are definitely better ways of doing this - however when you are on the road 4,000 miles from home it's good to have a practical way of doing a reasonably good job and improving a situation to keep you moving.
These were the worst van ever made. After 32 engines, 3 clutches, 2 gearboxes, 8 alternators and having to smash the grille to open the bonnet in 18 months, it was sold. Man who was unfortunte enough to buy it scrapped it at 2.5 years.
32 engines? Well, at least you don't give up easily!
We're still using the first engine and gear box on this vehicle that's 54 now.
Worked on these in the 80's. Hated the sight of them cause noting was ever straightforward. Funny how time changes your outlook. Wouldn't mind owning one now. That or a Commer. 😀
There are still quite a few around for sale in the UK and they are good value in my opinion.
I like Rize, especially walking down its beautiful streets 😍😍
Yeah! By the time we were in the centre of Rize the sun has come out and we had a lovely time wandering around the streets. Really loved the place.
Rize ye yine bekleriz
@@fatihylmaz3797 Should have said we went to the Ataturk museum - fascinating.
I am enjoying the noise of the van engine. It sounds like an old sewing machine 😊.
It's fairly noisy!
'Promo sm'
Looking forward to seeing more of your van and adventures.
Thank you - we have a lot of film - we need to do some editing to make it hang together before we upload. Are there anythings in particular you are interested in?
sub for georgia 😉
Can't beat Goergia - fantastic place with fantastic people.
Love this!
Why does the video appear flipped. You are on as a left-hand drive .???
We film with out iphone's in selfie mode most of the time and I think that's what does it for some reason
Pointless!
Who do you think you're kidding? There is abundant empirical scientific evidence that there was never a global flood, and consequently no ark. The flood story is FILLED with hyperbole that would have been recognized by its ancient audience as a figurative description of an event in order to produce an effect and make a theological point, and NOT an example of ancient journalism or accurate science. Regarding that natural rock formation in Turkey often misidentified as a boat, any professional geologist would recognize that as a doubly plunging syncline and nothing more.
Looks like you're all having a great time.
Where is this.???. Please 😊
On the southern shore of Lake Van - the monastery of Saint Thomas Kilisesi www.google.com/maps/place/Saint+thomas+kilisesi/@38.4173547,42.7686434,11.44z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x400d776adecc1311:0xe193cc250be5c5b7!8m2!3d38.4167623!4d42.8741616!16s%2Fg%2F11flryf61n?entry=ttu
It's like tetrus 😅
Where is this. ? Can we have more content featuring the little Bedford????????
@littlebigman6957 It's church in Cappadocia in Turkey - the church is carved into the rock. Will definitely put more Bedford stuff up. We've been doing quite a bit of driving and fixing so there hasn't been so much time for video editing. We have a fair bit to share. Is there anything specifically you would like to see?
@vintagevan.lifeuk how you use the van for cooking, etc, .and day to day living
@@littlebigman6957 OK that's definitely on our list of things to do. About 18 months ago I took all of the original fittings out and have changed it quite a bit in how it works from 1970 to how we use it now. I have all of the original fittings so that I can return it quite easily to it's original when I need to. The main difference is we have a proper bed that slides over a set of drawers. All of our stuff sits under the bed. It means we can sleep in the van without popping the top when we need to wild camp and all of our stuff can stay in the van secure. When we are in a campsite and have more freedom to spread out everything comes out quite easily. But will do a video post sometime soon to explain it all more visually,
Please help me your van
How can I help?
Lovely Bedford CF
Thank you.
if you are in Vienna i buy you a coffee ;-)
We ended up driving further south than Vienna. But thank you!

Is the van left hand drive.???. Thats how it looks on UA-cam.
No right hand drive.
Is that an old Bedford cf camper van.?,,
Yes - we are on route to Baku @littlebigman6957
@vintagevan.lifeuk pardon me, but where is Baku, and how long will it take to get there. 🤔
@@littlebigman6957 It's the capital of Azerbaijan - on the side of the Caspian sea and is as far east as we can drive before we need to get a ferry. We're not exactly sure how long we will take at the moment - but likely to be a good few weeks. We're currently in Serbia having a day off driving. From here on we will travel more slowly than we have done so far as it's a lot warmer.
I am so jealous, both of the Bedford cf and the journey. I love all the old vehicles. I would think your average speed would be around 50mph. Enjoy the adventure. 😊
@@littlebigman6957 Thank you - keep watching our progress. Old vehicles are more fun and part of the journey - and yes 50mph is cruising speed on the motorway. We get to speak to a lot of people as a result which makes travelling much more enjoyable.
