This is good. I have a blue plastic planet, though off Amazon, and not Master Airscrew. I've found the blue plastic recent one bites too much, no matter what I try. It dogs in enough to create unevenness on balsa grains that switch a little. I think the thinner razor safety blade would be much better

You need to balance your prop

Not to sound like a jerk, but I doubt you encountered a high speed stall by lowering flaps. I suspect that what happened is you were holding in elevator to "put along the ground" and when you took your hand off the stick to adjust flaps the power increase just accelerated the nose down result (aggravated by the inherent pitch change of lowering flaps. Moral of the lesson is using the knob for flaps is perfectly fine, but we should always first try them out at a higher altitude, not feet above the ground. $.02s

Very nice camera work, no worrys about the blur, it was smooth motion and framed well. That looks a lot nicer then the 4 star 120 imo, i always thought they were near the same.

Something we are taught as full-scale pilots is to not touch flaps, landing gear, etc, on a go-around or touch and go, until you have established a positive rate of climb. Don’t touch anything until then, and when you have stabilized mentally from the anxiety caused by it

Great looking plane and a great maiden! Just a tic low on the idle, but its got to breaking with a few more tanks. I've been following your build and it's a well built plane! Hope it offers lots of flights!

That soldering iron you got has way too low wattage to use it for soldering solid iron together. You need a much more powerfull iron and use siver solder not electrical solder. P S. Kudos on the use of good soldering flux but that soldering iron is for small (very small) electrical connections only. Do you notice how the solder doesn't just flow in that it just globs on top that's because you're not getting the work near hot enough for the solder to flow because your iron is way too low on wattage...

Be careful with that lock-tite around that plastic wire hold down. It will cause the plastic to vecome brittle and basically it will just crumble apart... Ask me how I know this ... From experience thats how. Its not just aomething I heard I have litterally seen this happen.

Those are absolutely the best style hinges other than actual full length pin theough built in hinge holes... i.e. hidden hinges just like full scale hinges.

You have turned yourself into a really decent airplane builder. You should be proud. Your last 2 builds turned out really really nice my brother. I only wish that there were more of us out there building airplanes. P S. Love your little wolfman figurine.

Friend, I live in Brazil. I'm building a telemaster and I wanted to use an O.S 10 FP. What is the thrust on the 10FP engine? How much does your plane weigh? My Telemaster is 650 grams, will it fly with 10 FP?

Nice job buddy.I have a Phanton Bipe with a ASP 180 4 strock on it .Its got so much wing area that once i set it up to land i have to kill the engine sometimes ,its a real floater, it floats right on buy ya.I purchased a brand new Magnom 180 still in the box and was looking for an airplane to put it on this looks like a nice one to try, anyway good luck buddy.

that was perfect!! what do you mean by idling problem? it doesn't want to stay idle? maybe the LS needle is too rich?? its true that these engines are happier at high rpm. you can try a zenoah 26cc but it would be even more nose heavy.
