@@ammarnk9260 yet he doesn't play it right lol.. by using E and Q at the beginning he takes advantage of his C6 "infinite" charged attack. I'm not saying arlecchino isn't good though lol. I have her and I can say she is in the same dmg level of Neuvillette, but her limitations and vulnerability make Neuvillette still the best dps in the game. She can't be cured while he's his own cure. That's just facts sorry.

He could improve his Arle runs too imo and I believe he said that Neuvilette had an R5 weapon so he had an overall advantage, And its the same guy doing the test so the skill level of the player would be pretty much the same

Why are ppl in the comments so pressed. These kids are annoyin. As someone with both completely build with C0 and their sig weapon they are both op and Arle deals more dps overall but Neuvillette has way bigger aoe and better survavility. If you manage to do insane dmg (over 70k) with Arle I'd say her aoe problem is solved but that's hard to achieve as a f2p with no buffs.

It HIGHLY depends on uncontrollable factors like what characters are being used and their stats, the Crit DMG and Crit Rate ratio, when the elemental resistance of the specific enemy being showcased and etc. PJWS should definitely be her second BIS behind her signature with other 5* weapons close behind so don't sweat it too much.

It's better in a long fight, but if your character is really well built everything dies instantly before the passive even kicks in.
