    People talk so much on race. More is spoken about a simple thing and make a mountain out of an ant hill. Race. Only one exists, Human. That's it. Treat people as you would treat yourself. Love who appeals to you. If you seen me you could not define my ethnicity. Love one another.

    Why are some people so obsessed with the color of skin??? i notice specially extremely leftist here in the USA what about "ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS" everyone start caring more for one another I know is a waste of time. But color of skin or race now that is a waste of time and this is coming from a Dominican.

    Domincans are not black. They have a lighter completion. Their hair is not like black hair. The true God of creation dont care what color of your skin. He loves the human race Most blacks have kinky hair some don't.Many blacks wear wigs. The Domicans have straight and curly hair.

    For some reason, dramatic stories tend to attract the attention of all the people who like this type of drama in movies or big film productions, on television, but also in the literary world, where they play with emotion, imagination and the connection that is established between the viewer and the plot, the actors, and the genre of the story that is being told.

    All these years we've been fighting for, helping, and being slaves for black people when we could have used that time to build our own identity and communities. We've been working for them for over a hundred years, letting them use us as representation in media, politics, sports, etc. just for them to backstab us and push us out of the community. We've created black history month, co created black wall street, NAACP, ect. All for nothing, all for them to tell us we arent like them and we no longer belong in the communities we helped create. Im glad mulatto people are starting to wake up and getting away from these snakes, i think black people owe mulatto people reparations for everything we've done for free that didnt benefit us in the end.

    As a Canadian I've observed that the Dominican Republic mixes Nationality with Ethnicity/phenotype. I think that is a reminant of the color class system leftover from thier colonial history. In Canada you would be hard pressed to find someone that identify's as black canadian or chinese canadian. You're just Canadian.

    Actually this interracial thing between black and other groups really needs to stop NOW!!! One cannot be biracial and black at the same time and therefore the blacks who creates relationships with other races of people are basically hating on themselves because no matter how they keep fooling themselves, their offsprings will never be black. Actually most of them comes out with very distinctive features.

    Let me tell you something about Dominican society. The first colony of the Spanish Empire in the 15th century was what is today the Dominican Republic and the first time that Spain brought slaves was in 1503 (the black part of Dominican society does not come from Haiti) when Spain discovered the immensity of the American continent it practically abandoned the island of Hispaniola to its fate, leaving the Creoles, mulattoes and slaves on the island. There was a lot of poverty and the only way to get out of it was through trade between the different peoples of the island. Later there was a great deal of miscegenation among all of them. It is important to emphasize this because in the Spanish colony the one drop rule did not exist and interracial marriage was allowed. Dominicans have literally been marrying different ethnicities and races for more than 400 years, in the 20th century this was prohibited in the USA, in 1606 the devastations of Osorio happened and there was a demonstration against this measure and it was practically the first recorded protest by the creoles of the island who had already been mixing what was created for more than a century was the sentiment of protecting the land where you were born, in 1621 it was the first time that the Spanish crown used the term Dominican, practically referring to the Creole people of the island of Hispaniola, which was made up of the descendants of the Spaniards who stayed on the island, the few Tainos who survived and the blacks. The problem with African Americans is that they want to extrapolate the reality experienced in the English colonies, such as the One Drop Rule and the prohibition of marriage between races, to the entire world. They think that this was the reality everywhere. There was certainly slavery in Spain, but it was very different from the English and French colonies. In short, Dominican society is united by the culture and the land that saw it born, and that is what has created its identity as a society.

      So is a darkskin Indian person Black? Is a Melenasian person Black? Is a Aboriginal Australian Black? Skin color isn't the only identification when it comes to race. I can also tell you that no one has "Black skin". Africans are just different shades of brown. You guys letting a racist social construct (one drop rule) in America where anybody with African ancestry even if they have mixed-race ancestry are all grouped in the same box regardless of ancestry. You going to tell Nicki Minaj is a Black despite having a father who is half Indian. You're going to tell me Justine Skyes is Black despite having a full blooded Indo-Jamaican grandmother. The point is that you guys just pick and choose.

    The funny thing is that the South African singer Tyla said that she self identified as mixed and not black. Guess what? The black American community lost their mind and went crazy calling her a traitor blah blah blah, meanwhile the south African community was fine with that and actually supported her claim. I believe that the problem is the black American community. Race is not of Dominican concern, that's not a topic to debate, but for african americans that's everything.

    Dominicans, karma’s a proper savage, ya ain’t slippin’ away that easy! How far d’you think you’re gonna leg it, huh? You’re stuck on that island of Hispaniola with Haiti, and there ain’t no duckin’ out. Haiti’s just biding its time, waitin’ for the Western world to crumble. Your sugar daddy’s got you actin’ all cocky like you’re untouchable, but fam, Haiti ain’t sweatin’ it. Slavery didn’t break Haiti, nah-economic starvation by the West tried to, but it won’t! You’re gonna stay right there and catch a proper beatdown from Haiti. The Western world ain’t got your back forever, innit! Big up the Haitian Revolution of 1804, a day repped all over the globe!

    Can’t hate on the Dominicans’ grind, fam. Everything’s up for the highest bidder. Haiti came fresh, flexin’ as a new, powerful, black-free republic - political and economic, ya get me? The Dominicans ditched their old colonial boss Spain and hopped on Haiti’s wave - everything was bless, even their blackness, innit. But when Haiti’s cash started spirallin’ down the plughole, and them welfare cheques dried up, the Dominicans jumped right back on Spain’s ting. Now they’re ridin’ the US wave, beggin’ to be the next Puerto Rico or summat. Suddenly, Haiti’s the enemy. Straight up opportunists, yeah? They’d sell out for a tenner, swear down! Even bite the hand that fed ‘em - Haiti. Real talk, 1804’s got deep meaning for the whole world, bruv, even for the Dominican Republic. Big up the Haitian revolution, forever standin’ tall!

  • @Harry-xz3os
    @Harry-xz3os 3 місяці тому

    WW and BM don’t really seem to be concerned about what other people may think about their relationships and marriages as a couple. They are too happy together to even think about what others think of them. They are at peace with themselves. They could care less about what others think about them. Most people who criticize them just don't seem to get it.
