Ganyan din problema ko blinking yung dalawang lights tapos yung printerhead na gumagalaw pa left and right pag nagpiprint biglang pupunta sa left at babangga ng malakas sa left side bago mag blink yung dalawang lights sasabihin paper jam daw kahit wala namn

I had the same issue, what i did and looks like it worked, just turn on the computer and start to pressing delete or f12 i'm not sure what is the correct button to acess bios in helios 300, after that there is a option of boot device in bios just do an enter, for me it worked.
