What if Ohio State fires Ryan Day? (ft. Carson Francis)
Ohio State is in a peculiar position.
Since Ryan Day took over as the Buckeyes' head coach in 2019, they've still been winning, but the big wins have been hard to come by. Day is 2-6 against Top 5 teams and 1-3 against Michigan in his time in Columbus, and a lot of these big games have been lost in very similar ways. Because of this, some Ohio State fans are starting to call for Day's ousting as head coach. But is that reasonable?
Let's talk about what it would take to fire Day, who could replace him, and if said replacement would even be a better option than Day.
