The problem is the pay should start over 20 bucks an hour. If they started you at 21 an hour and then you got an annual pay raise of a dollar you would be more willing to wait out four to five years. Until you are a regular you don't know how many hours you will be working it could be a little or a lot. You don't know which location you will be at from week to week. However, it is a job that essentially leads into a career position albeit manual labor. They also have is they are not 100% transparent of what a day working will be like. You are exposed to dogs bees rodents dead animals criminals heat cold snow rain etc. if you don't like getting a darker complexion I promise this is not the job for you. Make sure you have some nice gloves so you don't get paper cuts. I can go on and on but hey if you need a job go for it. Chances are the people you start out with will not be there past a year. This means it's sort of a secure job

I resigned from being an RCA at the Englishtown Manalapan New Jersey office …my life from November 2022 to end of April 2023 was a disaster…management was the worse and some co workers were trash. A postmaster who hid in his office and didn’t do jack shit for anyone. Worst government work I ever have done…I’d prefer being in the US Coast Guard bootcamp all over again. Zero social life and ulcer inducing bullshit

I got hired two months ago. I was so excited for the job and to make extra money. I already made up my mind that I’m gonna quit in a month. These are not my people. Everyone here is so content with working like this and I’m also a realtor and entrepreneur myself. I see myself in bigger and better places. I’m just passing through I tell everyone. Can’t wait to leave the company. I’m grateful for the money I have saved thus far but I’m out. I can’t do it. Working every weekend is not for me. Missing out on family. Events is not for me. The way that these people talk to you here is ridiculous and the people that are regular think that they don’t have to do anything. I just cannot. So like you, I will be following my real estate career.
