Last session of TurkeyDaz for me towing a friend on his Trofeo RS660 for a few laps. Warmer day, sunny after it rained, but the track was dirty and oily from a blown motor in Riverside.

What a cold, dark day. Visor even with an anti-fog pinlock got watery after a few laps. High was 53°F, over a dozen red flags, my fuel line popping off the tank mid day and fairing damage from getting it transported back into the pits. Interesting day. Arrived and tech’d at noon then rode 1-5pm. First two sessions red flagged, and these were the first laps where I wasn’t patiently working through traffic. Figured out the weird feeling with my brakes might be related to why they ended up making grinding/growling noises lol

Well... I got the start I wanted starting from P6 but quickly got overtaken by Robert Morton on his R7 before T2 and Robby Weaver on his RS660 before T3/Cotton Corners. Well... I qualified P2 in my session but mixed in with Experts in F40 Lightweight put me P6. My first time at Chuckwalla was a few months ago, and it quickly become my favorite track. I do have a question for you. I see you're running an AIM Solo. Would you be up to sharing your best session data with me. I am looking to do a video about RaceStudio, and how you can compare your data to someone else. I haven't had any luck finding anyone else on a GSXR with an AIM Solo that would be interested in sharing. You are about 5-6 seconds faster than I am, and that would be great to be able to show our biggest time differences. Also wondering what you are using for data overlays. I am using RaceRender, but something with a more modern look would be nice. Thanks again!
@@502-BadGateway you can do that video with different sessions of your own and you don’t need another file from a GSXR. I use RaceRender and made my own overlay templates. I don’t share data with strangers with concerns around misunderstanding and misusing it. No offense, but that’s the feeling I’m getting with you highlighting “show our biggest time differences.” For riders with less experience with data, I prefer to sit down with them and talk them through what we’re looking at and how to use it as a tool towards skill development. I just started going to Chuckwalla last month but should be there for CVMA next weekend. If you’re around, find me.
