To falsify evolution you need to create 900,000+ peer reviewed papers disproving each of the 900,000 peer reviewed papers that support evolution. 8. Logic and Reason You’re using an overly broad definition of random. Mutations (the ‘driving force’ of evolution) aren’t uncaused and/or unexplainable. We now know a fair bit about how they happen and why, I.e. they’re not random. They can happen is some areas more readily than others and some types of mutation are more likely than other, again not random. Mutation is unguided though. Selection, however, is definitely not random. It’s a consequence of the effect of a mutation (usually none at all, occasionally harmful, now and then helpful) and the environment which determines which will be passed on. And if a mutation’s end effect is that a creature can more accurately observe the world and that accuracy confers an advantage then those genes will be passed on and those that don’t will fail. So logical thinking can be the result of random mutation plus non-random selection. But as you are handily showing, we can’t simply trust our reasoning abilities. We still need to examine them critically and measure them against reality.

The ones he deliberately doctored are rather dull looking squishy circles of very early embryo development. Those sketches you’ve got are pretty but only of historical interest now - we got much better ways of doing comparative embryology.

5. Missing Links ‘Our ancestors’ was carrying an awful lot of weight in that section. It is almost impossible to demonstrate if, say, Australopithecus afarensis was a direct ancestor of humans. It’s more likely they were an off-shoot lineage than in our direct lineage. What it does show is the transition from basal ape-like to human-like. We do have quite a few specimens of early hominids though. Put them in a row and and ask various creationists to say which ones are ‘fully human’ and which ones are ‘fully ape’ and the strange thing is they choose different ones. It’s as if there some fairly smooth evolution going on. Additionally at this stage of our genetics knowledge, we don’t need fossils to demonstrate evolution. Endogenous retroviruses make the case on their own but there are other lines of evidence. The fossil record is now just the cherry on top.

4. Irreducible Complexity A debunked idea. It’s at best an argument from ignorance but mostly just plain wrong. There’s plenty of stuff on the Ken Miller’s demolition of it in court in the Kitzmilker v Dover case in the US. The Discovery Institute’s “best” and “brightest” utterly failed to make the case for it. We do know the evolutionary origins of pretty much all those things you mentioned. Google scholar is your friend - go look it up. Quite a lot of free to access. Here’s one from just the first page of a search on ‘Evolutionary origin of the circulatory system’. It took me all of 60s to find. Monahan-Earley, R, Dvorak, AM, Aird, WC. Evolutionary origins of the blood vascular system and endothelium. J Thromb Haemost 2013; 11 (Suppl. 1): 46- 66.

3. Thermodynamics You don’t understand entropy or evolution. The simple order-to-chaos simplification is quite simply wrong. If it wasn’t then ice cubes and growing trees would be inexplicable. Entropy goes up and down all the time but requires useable energy of one form or another to reduce entropy. We get that in abundance from the sun. Veriasium recently did a very good primer of what entropy really is recently. I recommend you learn from it before trotting out that old cannard again. This whole march of progress idea you have about evolution is wrong. There’s now ladder of evolution with humans on the top rung. Change is happening but there’s no sense that things are getting better or worse in absolute terms. Differential survival means being better at passing on genes compared to the ^current^ environment (including climate, predators, prey and competition).

2. Unscientific Looks like you;re read the like’s of AiG’s definition of science and not gone any further. Not all disciplines work the same, not all results require a lab. Evolution has indeed been tested, repeatedly. One example for you: Humans and the other great apes don’t produce vitamin C while other mammals do (with an interesting exception). A fairly obvious explanation would be to say they simplynever had the genes for it. But… if the theory of evolution is accurate then the great apes descended from animal that did have that ability (or possibly every other mammal independently developed it - which would be very, very unlikely and require even more explanation ). If that’s the case then there should be some evidence in our genome of defunct vitamin C production. And lo and behold, such a pseudo-gene was found and the defect is identical in all great apes including humans. Now that exception. Guinea pigs can’t produce vitamin C either. Now that could be a problem for evolution. No one is suggesting that Guinea pigs share a closer relationship to apes than to other rodents so if evolution is true then is should be an unrelated mutation - otherwise we’ll need a bloody good explanation for how a specific mutation and having the identical effect leaped lineages. The prediction was accurate though, it is a different mutation. But don’t just believe me about this. Read and study for yourself.
