All these prices are in the millions now, there can’t be that many people with that much money just buying everything up, I can’t understand how these almost everything I look at 10 acres or better is priced for developers and corporations.

I’m so tired of the high land prices, only the rich or developers can afford and there you go, here comes another subdivision, Im trying to set up a generational homestead for my family but it’s impossible at these prices and rates. I’m a disabled Veteran on a fixed income I ain’t making no millions of dollars anytime soon.
