So in essence it wasn’t the irrigation vendor. But the builders not verifying vendors are doing work in accordance with specifications. The whole area is done wrong and builder has been neglectful in resolving issue timely, but chose to deny there was a issue

Excavation, soil compaction wasn’t done

Found out the sewer has a belly! Another issue

The whole area is done incorrectly including grading.

This is a builder issue! They chose not to install unground drainage correctly. Therefore trapping water which is against their warranty policy.

Ok this was my first time canning the bean sprouts. I agree that too much water was put in the canner. However I suggest that you investigate what method you choose to use. I was fortunate that my sprouts came out fine. They have all been used and I now need to restock my pantry

Over filling the water level in your canner may be a reason why you had a jar not seal properly and why you had some syphoning last time. Check your canner instructions booklet for the correct amount of water to use. (3 inches and 3 quarts are not the same amounts) I hope this is a helpful suggestion. Have you tried your canned sprouts in a recipe yet?
