Above Stocton Brook, water works & pumping station, (The waterworks were built in 1884 by the Staffordshire Potteries Water Company to meet increased demand in North Staffordshire). Lockside at Greenway Hall and Ego at the Hollybush.

Built in 1912 and modernised in the 1950s, the Etruria Works was just a mile from Twyford's main site in Cliffe Vale. In the background are the holders of Etruria Gas works, the wall in the foreground runs along Garner Street. In 1999, Twyford Bathrooms were made holders of the Royal Warrant of Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Rowton Castle, near Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England, is a Grade II* listed country house that was once the home of the Royal National College for the Blind before it moved to its present location in Hereford. This 17th-century castle is surrounded by 17 acres of gardens, and is approximately six miles (9.7 km) from Shrewsbury. It is currently used as a wedding venue, hotel and restaurant.

Cliffe Park Hall is a country house near Rudyard in Staffordshire, England. During its 200-year history, it has been a private residence, a golf club house and a youth hostel. The hall is a Grade II listed building and was commissioned by John Haworth, owner of the Cliffe Park estate, in the early 19th century and was completed in the period 1811-1830
ABANDONED CLIFFE PARK LODGE, RUDYARD LAKE

Cliffe Park Lodge was built in about 1850 as the lodge for Cliffe Park Hall and is Grade II listed. It was used as the clubhouse for Rudyard Lake Sailing Club between 1958 and 1963. It is currently unoccupied and derelict.

The early 19th century Price and Kensington Teapot Works in Longport, Stoke-on-Trent pottery complex contains a repaired bottle oven but is now practically derelict and mostly unoccupied. The roadside building range was demolished in November 2019. The site has been subject to fires, heritage crime, and dumping of rubbish.

Walking along the River Wye in Bakewell is a beautiful, romantic experience. The pathways are well kept and the ducks and swans keep you company along the way, being in nature is such a wonderful experience and the running water is calming, Bakewell is a delightful town with the beautiful river Wye running through which is so clean with a multitude of waterfowl.

It was also a TB hospice for a while back in the day and the grounds are filled with unmarked graves. Also 1 of Staffordshire most haunted buildings. I wonder what they are turning it into?
