This was on a NG+ plus playthrough. Vigor was 27, Dexterity was 60, Endurance 40, Luck 40. Hollowing was 99. The rest were base levels. Weapons were +10. You can always respec at Rosaria if you have to reallocate levels. Must be doing Yoel and Yuria's quest and drew out all 5 levels to access full hollow potential.
You can't attribute points to hollowing, it grows over time and is especially affected when you die.
