That's a very great point! Generally, mobs that cannot be killed by frost spells, I static them either way by standing on or near them, which is enough with the +3 skills I get (from amulet + Battle Command). Which excludes Seis who's always Lightning immune and very dangerous of course. The goal for CS runs isn't to kill the biggest amount of mobs, but it's to kill the seal bosses the fastest possible. With that build, I find it faster to snipe bosses! If the bosses are moving away from your Blizzard, you don't need to just wait another 2 seconds to cast another one from which they can move again, you can just throw maxed out Orbs too, and your Blizzard will still be very strong doing around 2k damage vs a maxed one at 2k7.

You can gamble a +2 at level 86. But the chances are very low, up until level 95+ when you have the highest chances.
