I grew up without my dad. My parents separated before I was born and divorced before I was two. In the 1960s that was not common. Today many boys are growing up without the presence or positive influence of a father in their daily lives.
Fortunately for me, I had a number of positive male role models in my life, especially during my teenage years. One, in particular, became something of a surrogate dad to me. His name was Mark Gould. Mark opened his home to me. Took me camping with him and his family. Showed me things like changing the brakes on my mom's car. On more than one occasion he chewed me out for doing something he thought was stupid.
Most of all, Mark Gould loved me, and I felt his love, even and perhaps especially when he was chewing me out.
This channel is geared for young men growing up without a dad in their lives with the intent to give hope, encouragement, and love.

Recipe: SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE
6 cups yellow squash or part yellow and part zucchini
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diagonally-sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups water
In 3-quart saucepan bring water to boil and add vegetables. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until celery is crisp tender and drain.
Combine these together in a small bowl and add to cooked vegetables.
Mix well.
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp dillweed
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheese
Mix together:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
6-oz package stuffing mix (I use either chicken or turkey flavored)
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread half the stuffing on the bottom of the pan. Spread the vegetable mix over stuffing and put remaining stuffing on top.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

@@MyStepdad been doing laundry since I was 8 😁 now my 2 year old helps me at home. I hand her the clothes from the washer and she puts them in the dryer. she also gets to push the start button. the stuff that entertains kids.

NO ONE can mow like a PRO because mowing is merely a modestly-skilled form of LABOR and otherwise LACKS any of the requisite criteria of ALL PROFESSIONS, including a MASTER or higher academic DEGREE in a professional academic field (law, Psychology, MEDICINE, etc.).
I imagine all of the professional lawn care companies might disagree with this assessment.
NOOOO ! BEFORE starting the mower, turn OFF its power source t then assure it has the CORRECT blade, is securely attached, balanced, free of defects, and SHARP. THEN you survey for, and REMOVE actual and probable HAZARDS, THEN PLAN your mowing paths and patterns. THEN , with physical protection gear on (ear plugs to avert sharp and/or loud mowing and trimming sound/noise, eye-protective glasses/goggles,and dust mask, clothing,THEN U MAY START the MOWER !!!

Are you sure it’s the same kind? Some drain plugs have a set screw underneath. Lift it up and rotate it 360 degrees while looking at the underside. See if there’s a set screw you can loosen. This video shows both types: ua-cam.com/video/gXEIt1EqhZ8/v-deo.htmlsi=d2fTOfMduxYglkLV
I used a loom band to fix the seal on that groove and it's worked for 6 loaves so far.

Not that I know of, though I have seen a dress shirt that had a button, but could also work with cuff links. It was so many years ago I don’t remember how it was configured, but generally it’s either button cuff or French cuffs.

Once I take the top cap off there's no nut for me to take out. Can you help me with that?

Why is it setup this way?
This allows for higher water pressure option oustside if desired or needed for yard work. I use the sprinkler system spigots to spray down the siding and the patio cement once or twice a year.

Nice sprinkler system. Did you install it yourself? I have to lug hoses around etc.
This house had the sprinkler system in when we bought it. I’ve never installed one myself, but I’ve done the hose and sprinkler watering method in past houses. That works too, but it’s nice to have an irrigation system as long as it works. Leaks aren’t fun. 🙂
I prefer buttons.
They are easier, just not as fancy.

Why would they design the drain of the bath that complicated & stupid!! Are ppl going to hide gold under the bath drain!! It's frustrating. Me & my two sons tried to remove it, & Guess what!! We couldn't!! & we're renting a house & the owner said he won't pay $hit to a plumber to come to remove it so I can clean the drain. Now I am paying to a plumber coz of the greedy owner, & stupid designer 😫

How do you get it unscrewed from eachother when it’s been screwed to tight?
Make sure it is actually a two-part plug. There are plugs that have a set screw underneath that don’t unscrew like this one. If you watch the related video (that this is a clip from) it shows the other kind too.

@@MyStepdadthe drain we have is a lift and turn and when he kicked it out, it took part of 4 little things at the bottom Sorry if that doesn’t make sense I’m not the best at explaining and I’m more of a visual person
@@ItsmeJordyn22 It sounds like it pulled out some of the mounting hardware in the drain. You might need to replace the drain in that case. For most tubs, that would be a pretty major repair. As an alternative, you can try to fund a rubber drain plug that might fit, if you can get the previous plug all the way out. If that doesn't work, you'd probably need to call a plumber. (At least I would have to call a plumber at that point, if it were me).

How to keep up keep dropping
It should stay up if you rotate it. In certain radial positions it stays up and in others it goes down. (Or it should. 🙂)
