There are tons of vids on how to do it but simply throw on a Gally and right after you drop the heart you have half a second to shoot a rocket into the ads after you reach the tongue, you do the same things as gally but with the stasis heavy glaive for dark, should take around 6-7 wipes to get the energy ~5 mins
