Oi eu sou brasileiro não sei se o senhor vai entender o que eu falo mas eu quero que esse vídeo receba muito seu likes porque é uma coisa que eu gosto muito Star Wars 0:29
Hey, thanks. I really appreciate that! and thankfully, it auto translates nowadays, though I should really learn another language lol
I am Old School (or just old) and think that GL's uniform should just be green tights with black trim. Not anything that looks like armor. If, by some chance he needs armor, then why no helmet?
Apparentely his wings are incorrectly shown pointed down? His 360 turnarond CG model has them pointing up
Really? I think the actual figure can do either, but thx for letting me know!
A great leap forward. But I think that the figures should be displayed in front of a neutral color background. This looks like wallpaper for a four year olds room. I think the camera angle should be straight on, not looking down (or up) on the figure. Cutting yourself out to focus on the figure is a good idea but you don't need to cut yourself out completely. Showing your enthusiasm and emotion is also part of the entertainment.
Will definitely keep that in mind. Thanks for the tips!
The B-rangs are way to small. They should be 2 or 3 times larger to do any damage. Or do they have extensions that unfold in flight?
I'm not sure, but I know he also uses them as blades, so who knows
Cool Batman; good review.Greetings!!
When I was a kid, I once had a paperback book that reprinted original Bob Kane stories and art from the 1940s. All in black and white, I'm not sure if that's how they were printed back then. Pretty tame stuff, by today's standards. Back then the Joker was not the Psychopath that he became, he just incorporated "jokes" into his crimes. I suppose there were thousands of copies printed but did any survive? Wonder if it would be worth anything today?
I've seen mostly ones with color, and as for survivors, I'm sure they're out there, and there's probably one in the library of congress
When I knew the Teen Titans, it was Robin, Kid Flash, Wonder Girl and Aqua Lad. Not sure when Raven came along. What ever happened to Wonder Girl? By now she should be a younger Wonder Woman. Maybe she went back to the island.
They all grew up Robin became Nightwing, Kid Flash took up the name flash, the original aqualad became Tempest, and Wonder Girl just goes by Donna Troy. There have been many different heroes that have been apart of the team from Blue Beetle to Superboy but Raven was a part of a fan favorite team that also had Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Starfire nowadays they combine the original team members and the fan favorite team which I love
@@robertolugo1470 Back then WW and WG spent a bit of time communicating directly with the Goddess Athena. I don't suppose Donna T does that anymore.
Probably not no, especially since Wonder Woman went to war with the gods
I seem to recall Angel getting Titanium wings, at some point. Glad to see he has his feathers back. Could they have made him light enough to glide, when thrown? I suppose not but it would be a cool toy.
He got titanium wings when he was archangel. Eventually, they got him back to his normal self with archangel sometimes being another personalty. Unfortunately, I don't think he's light enough glide lol
Do I see rocket models on the shelf behind you? I want to know about those.
No, you may or may not see a plane model but other than that no
Shooting a gun that is strapped to your wrist would be stupid and dangerous. Strong possibility of shooting your fingers off. Aiming would be problematic. With a lot of practice you might make it work.....if the Bad Guys would hold still for you.
It's comics, never said they'd be realistic lol
I great joke I just read; 'I don't think I'd understand Fantastic 4. I haven't seen Fantastic 1, 2, and 3.'
Super heros with hair that falls out. That's not right. Wasn't there an X man (X woman?) that had thick hair that she used like tentacles? What am I thinking of?
That's an Inhuman, her name is Medusa she's the Queen of the Inhumans and the wife to Black Bolt
Somebody should tease Cyclops by calling him Polyphemus. I don't think he would like it.
Good review, in any case.
I have gotten really tired of Star Wars. It has gone on twenty years past it's natural lifetime. There are thousands of Sci Fi novels and series of novels that have never been filmed. A few of these are old enough that they have, probably, fallen into Public Domain and could be used for free. Two sequels should be the maximum allowed.
Way back in 1983 NBC had a TV show called MANIMAL. The "hero" could change into any animal. It was lame, and short lived. The animal looks like a Wolverine. In folk lore wolverines would attack and kill human trappers out of revenge. There was even an episode of Disney where that happened. Earth II? I thought the multiverse was all collapsed into one world. Specter is lame. A Ghost as a super hero? "Hey! you are dead. What's that like?"
Most of it yes but there is still a multiverse, for example there's the injustice universe among others. Eh I like spectre there's something about the JSA members that I really enjoy though my favorite is Hawkman
I've been thinking (that's what I call it when my mind wanders aimlessly) about a Superhero Puzzle/Game. The first step would be to take one word from the first column and match it with a random word from the second column to create your hero's name. I suppose the next step should be to create a supper villain but so far the only names I can come up with are Trump and Putin. LOL What do you think? My favorite combinations are Radioactive Lightning and Neutron Destructor. Blue Fury Black Man Green Woman Violet Avenger White Cyclone Red Rider Mega Master Atomic Fighter Wild Omega Alpha Blaster Shark Protector Fire Racer Laser Monster Radioactive Lightning Star Roamer Gold(en) Lord Silver Fist Iron Blade Plutonium Whip Captain Justice Ultra Wind Power Destructor Proton Energy Neutron Quasar
Organic arm!
If Roque can absorb other's powers; could she touch a mechanic and be able to fix cars? That would be useful!
Well there's Forge who could probably do that with his powers so yeah!
The sword looks like a Falchion or, maybe, a Yatagan. Or, maybe, it's a LOTR Elvish blade. Who needs swords?
Did you know that there was (long, long ago) a Bat Woman and a Bat Girl. They mostly existed to refute the allegation that Bruce Wayne and Robin were a Gay Couple. They faded away and then Barbara Gordon appeared; played by Yvonne Craig on the TV series. A lot of guys fell in love with Yvonne!
Yes I did know that I think one of them appeared not too long ago as like an alternate universe character and yeah I don't blame them there's a reason why my favorite relationship for Nightwing is Batgirl aka Barbara Gordon
That is not change your review of a figure which is (as always) spot on.
what technology lets a rocket the size of a soda bottle to allow you to fly for more than a few seconds? The conflicts of central Africa are so sad, stupid, violent and complicated that the idea that a Batman like hero could even determine good from bad is offensive.
For the tech question all I can say is comics but yeah it really is sad what's going on in Central Africa and more unfortunate that they don't get a lot of help that they need
What a silly post. First it's offensive to put ALL citizens of Central Africa in one big stereotype group. But you do realize we are taking about a comic book character that couldn't exist in the real world anyway. Plus the fact of Multi verses. Not everything has to be realism. It's obviously not OUR universe. To think that Super powered individuals could exist but question the morals of any certain group is crazy right? It's a comic book world. Their reality doesn't have to align with us on everything. I'm gonna say that if Batman can exist in this world then a moral Batman like character can exist as well
I am getting tired of fictional technologies that have the energy density of a Saturn V rocket but can fold up and fit in your pocket. Blue Beetle and Tony Stark have that in common.
I don't think the Riddler should be so buff. The Riddler that I remember was not a body builder. Rather, a skinny guy, such as Jim Carey and Frank Gorshen, who played the character.
Origin story sounds a bit like the Dr. Manhattan character in Watchmen. Looks kinda the same also.
Apparently from what I've read, Captain Atom was originally going to be a part of the watchmen but DC decided against so they made Dr. Manhattan who was inspired by Captain Atom the same way Rorschach was inspired by the Question
Sword??!!! What's with a giant sword? This is the twenty first century. We have muskets and crossbows. Who needs swords?
That's what I'm saying lol
W vid, I'm excited for the movie
If Hush got a small dog....would that be a Hush Puppy? (sorry, I couldn't resist) The knives resemble Chinese Butterfly knives/swords. The difference is that the Chinese ones have a hand guard protecting the fingers. They were designed so two blades could be carried in one scabbard.
Why, in the 25th century is a weapon shoulder mounted? Shouldn't it follow it's soldier around, under it's own power. Or, perhaps just float by the operators side?😆
You'd think so lol
You are absolutely right. The more specialized your main weapon, the more you need a backup weapon.
Love all the stormtrooper variants we’ve been getting as of late! Nice pickup!
Same here! And thx, hopefully you can find some of these variants as well!
@@robertolugo1470 oh I’ve seen them in store While I like them and glad we’re getting them I just don’t really need to buy them They’re cool tho
I saw the first Spawn movie, a long time ago. I found it, strangely dull. Don't know what Spawn has to do with Mortal Kombat.
I hate hero inflation. Once a character is popular then there has to be a opposite sex equivalent and a teenage equivalent and a alternate universe version. It never seems to end. The Titans I remember were Aqualad, Robin, Kid Flash and Wonder Girl. (back in those days WW and WG spent a lot of time communicating directly with the goddess Athena) The four Titans were all examples of writers making teenage versions of adult heros. Now, I don't know how many Titans there have been, over the years.
There have been many and there are two separate teams now, teen titans and the Titans which are just a lot of the older teen titans who are grown up now
By the way, I have been meaning to share this with you; Before you were born, there was a local Seattle comedy show called ALMOST LIVE. ua-cam.com/video/WzmQPwILWD0/v-deo.html
Stephen Colbert once asked Ian Macellen who would win in a fight between Magneto and Gandalf. Maybe you should attempt crossover videos. Explain how Wonder Woman would beat Darth Vader. The more ridiculous the the idea, the better. I think it would be fun.
That definitely would be fun
If he is the Grand Inquisitor than his nickname should be Torquemada (history nerd joke (and not a very good one)). I think the double light saber is dubious. I am pretty sure you would have to have A LOT of the FORCE with you to keep from cutting off your own legs while you were learning to use it. Can't understand why G. Lucas never consulted me about these things.
Ha well some of the other inquisitors have used their double blades to fly, as their blades can spin and so they apparently can use them to fly lol
And why so many types of armor? Not very good armor since they can still get killed by a hand held pistol. And why do they need full faced helmet while walking around on a planet with earth-normal air and temperature?............There I go, again.
My guess is purely that they want their citizens to envy them on their looks haha, an army full of celebrities
Just a thought: Anywhere in the SW universe, has there ever been an explanation for why the majority of the aliens are humanoid? Two arms, two legs, two eyes and a definite head. I know there is the Hut and a few others but most are human like and human sized. Shouldn't there be a reason? Think about it. There are probably a lot of planets that have life, and could support a civilization, where no human could live. Planets with very thin air (think top of Mt. Everest) could have life but no human could walk around barefaced. Dense planets where someone like me would weigh 400 lbs. are no place I would go. I guess the Empire just ignored all those planets and their non-humanoid inhabitants. No matter where the SW stories take us we are on planets with earth like gravity and air pressure. OK I guess I have to much time on my hand and I am NERDing out.
Honestly I have no idea, but with regards to the empire, they have had other species work for them but more for jobs like spies and protectors of their own individual planets but as for why there aren't any in the Stormtrooper corp or the imperial army I have no idea
I was never thrilled by the Transformers. I think they came along to late, in my life. As I recall the first toys, like this, were called Go Bots. They hit the market some time in the early eighties. There was no comic book or show, just toys. There was, eventually a cartoon show. I think I saw one episode and it was REALLY lame! I did have one idea for the Transformers. I thought it would be cool if the Optimus discovered that very first Transformers were built by organic beings. Then the Autobots and Decepticons could get into a fight with some of them refusing to believe they originated as constructed tools, in the same way some humans refuse to believe that we could be descended from apes. It would be a cool satire.
There is at least one confirmed transformer that was created by a human in the cartoons she ended up becoming a deception and there were more built by humans in the movie age of extinction but yeah that would be pretty neat
Wow
Tape recorder!! LOL !!!
Have you see the original Transformer movie? I was amazed at all the well known actors who voiced the characters. Most of whom you won't know. ua-cam.com/video/E9TH5k6F4EI/v-deo.html
I'm not sure if I have or not, as I remember seeing a bit of the original cartoon but idk how much of it, though I'll be certain to check it out! I'm really excited for the upcoming movie as it's bringing a lot of the old designs to the big screen
The name "Arkham" is interesting. Did you know that, originally, Arkham was a fictional town invented by 1920s horror author Howard Phillips Lovecraft? It was sort of H. P. Lovecraft's version of Salem. He often called it "witch haunted Arkham". In lovecraft's world Arkham was home to Miskatonic University, who's library held many ancient, arcane books and the University professors did not like to talk about the knowledge that they contained. After Lovecraft's death his publisher, August Derleth, founded Arkham House Publishing to specialize in printing weird fiction. I am not sure at what point writers decided that all of Batman's psycho villains would be "treated" at Arkham Asylum. I don't think that there was such a place, in the DC universe, when I was young. Still it works. The name evokes creepy feelings. I suppose this has nothing to do with Catwoman. I do love to run on about stuff.
Actually I did know that Lovecraft came up with it but not the full story so thank you for informing me of that!
Happy New Year, Daniel.
Happy New Year to you too!
And, don't you think, that in the Marvel Universe, there are better weapons than spears?
Even if it is Vibrainium
Probably lol, but sometimes it's also about style 🤣
the character sounds like a rip off of Hell Boy!
Well they both are sort of owned by DC but I think Etrigan is different since it's more of a dual personality thing like Venom from Marvel
the handle of the sword is long enough to be a two-handed sword. Can you pose him holding the sword with two hands, like a katana?
Unfortunately I can only pose him with the sword in two hands in a very particular pose as his arms are limited
More Cats!!! People like cats! LOL
