At 6:40 I mention in the video that Time in Shift will include your overtime. This is true only when it is added before it is worked (which it should be! that’s why we are called Resource PLANNING :) It is so important for schedules to always be as up to date as possible so agents can see their schedules are kept accurate and anyone looking at the over/under staffing tables and graphs are viewing the most up to date information and making informed decisions.

To confirm how the Web > Intraday graph displays the October data (where we go through the hour of 1am to 2am twice). It will show one set of intervals 1am to 2am and the values will be only the second set of interval's data. Both hours of actual volumes/AHT etc are still viewable on the Open Forecast screen.
When u dont have experience but ur next in promotion for this position so u r watching this video so atleast u know whats going on. I got a chance and they told me to grab this job.
