    Sounds wonderful. However when i press the button on my headset it doesn’t answer or hang up the call. I cant find any relevant troubleshooting info anywhere even on Yealink site. Any ideas?

    How do I know which model of Grandstream pone I have? Ours is configured slightly differently to this demonstration model.

      Hi Charity Catholic, The underside of your phone has a label listing the model of phone you have. There are many different ways to configure these phones depending on what platform you connect the phones to (if you are not using the Accelerate Networks platform), we have standardized our configurations in such a way that everything is consistent.     Do all of the phones need a Ethernet or can they just be plugged in with the power cord.. like are the cordless

      Hi Amber, None of the GXP21xx series phones support wireless communication (DECT or WiFi) for connecting to the internet. A network cable (Ethernet) will be needed for each phone, though if you buy a Power over Ethernet capable switch you do not need anything besides this network cable to power the phone. The Grandstream GRP2615 and similar phones have WiFi built in, as do the Yealink T54W and T57W which we sell here: acceleratenetworks.com/Hardware

    I have a question, my grandstream grp2612W menu button is not working, or maybe locked, the device cant access the wifi also. how to fix it?

      You will have to reach out to the company you bought this from, and if they are a Grandstream dealer they can file a ticket with the Grandstream Helpdesk to do a warranty exchange.

      Time settings should be pulled in automatically via Network Time Protocol. If the time is incorrect, then something isn't set right and its likely affecting more than just your phone. Call or email us for help!

      Yes, the basestation generally needs an internet connection, unless you intend to use a local server on another computer (in which case it needs access to that via network cable).

    These instructions don't work on the Grandstream 2615 phone from Accelerate Networks that I'm trying to reset. The phone goes through the factory reset motions, then reverts immediately to its undesirable Accelerate configuration with an extremely loud ring tone.

      Hi Mark, Our notes show there was a hearing impaired user that used to be with your organization. The volume setting is likely centrally provisioned to help assist this former user of your organization's phone system. Can you email us the last two digits of the phone's MAC address (on the label on the underside of the phone) to support@acceleratenetworks.com and we can get this setting removed for you!

      Hi Gary, the password shown is not a universal password for all voicemail boxes. If you are an Accelerate Networks customer, give us a ring at 206-858-8757 or send us a text and we can get you the correct voicemail password.

      Please call our support desk at 206-858-8757 and we can help you out with this if the phone was provided by Accelerate Networks. Heads up, if your organization is not an Accelerate Networks customer, then the firm that has programmed your phone has likely disabled bluetooth on your device.

    This phone supports up to 10 SIP accounts. You showed how to make a simple phone call. If we setup more than 1 SIP accounts (for example my home account/number and my office account/number), how can I choose which of the accounts will make the phone call?

      Onscreen you will see a label to select which account to call outbound as show up, use this to select which SIP account to place a call with.

      Hi Project: Jericho, This video is part of our tutorial series available at acceleratenetworks.com/Phones/DP722 and is not meant as a product demo or a standalone video, but rather as part of this series to show how to use each feature of the Grandstream DP722 Cordless Handset. Most calls on the Public Switched Telephone Network use an audio codec known as PCMU, which is not a high quality audio codec like Opus. Except for internal calling I wouldn't expect amazing audio quality, as your limited by the quality of audio from the Public Switched Telephone Network. FYI some cellphone carriers do offer HD Voice, but with heavy compression that can sometimes make it sound worse than PCMU.     It's very helpful indeed, but I got a really big dilema with my new DP722 I just bought. I have never used one, and your videos really helped me setting it up, but I have a really big question: How do I make calls between a DP722 and another DP722, like how do I call my DP722 from another DP722? Please answer this question as soon as possible because I really need to know for my bussines.

      Hi Ștefania, if your DP722 is connected to our servers you should see a green person icon on screen along with the extension name. Handsets have one or multiple extension numbers assigned by the DP750 or DP752 basestation that the handset pairs with. For example, extensions 11 and 12 could be assigned to two DP722 handsets, you would dial the extension number to reach a particular handset. These phones depend on being connected to a central set of servers for most features. Paging and Direct IP calling do not depend on a server, though Direct IP calling is unnecessary for our clients.       The buttons on the DP720 and DP722 do not light up, they are white rubber print that is not backlit. The DP730 cordless handset is backlit with a white light, I would recommend this handset if your looking for something that is backlit.       Hi Mauricio, It looks like your outside the USA and likely not using our services so you can't manage this through our FusionPBX portal :c If your stuck with access only to the DP750 or DP752, there are two options you can either provision or toggle on the Web Interface, mute_as_dnd can be enabled or disabled, and there is another setting to toggle the dnd feature on or off entirely.

    Is it possible to set up same voicemail greeting for all phones in an office? (i.e. when phone rings and call is not answered it'll go to a default voicemail detailing office hours)

      Definitely, you can manage this in FusionPBX under Applications => Ring Groups, click on your ring group then under Timeout Destination choose the voicemail box you prefer.     Hai.. Any one help. The same handset have time problem for me. Each time i set the time its will change 4hr back. If i set 10pm after some time it atomatically changing to 6pm. How i manage this issue. Thanks

      Hi, it sounds like your phone is likely picking up the wrong timezone from your router (via DHCP options) or from a bad auto-detection of your location. We can provision the correct timezone to our managed phones, just call or text 206-858-8757 and let us know what extension your having this problem with!

      The phone itself doesn't handle greetings, the USB port is usually used for headseats like the Yealink WH62 Wireless Headset or UH36 Wired Headset. A voicemail greeting can be configured n your FusionPBX domain either under Applications => Voicemail => Greetings. If you want a message played before a caller starts ringing through to a group of extensions, then upload the greeting under Applications => Recordings, head over to Applications => Ring Groups, pick the Ring Group you want to set this for then choose from the Greetings dropdown.       Yes, just install a grandstream solution for residential lines. There are a number of options all the way up to a small pbx if you like integrations... Depending on your setup, you can use your landline as the service provider, you don't need add'l services.

      Hi Kay, Are you using a Yealink T54W phone on firmware 96.85.0.5 perchance, or a different phone or firmware version? To check the firmware version on your phone, from the homescreen press the OK button (between the four arrow keys) and you should see an informational window appear listing IP address, firmware version and other details of the phone. If your a current client call or text our support desk at 206-858-8757 and we can help you debug this issue!

      A couple things could be occurring, your phone could be provisioned to always use a certain ringtone, or Account 1, 2 or 3 could be set to use a specific ringtone and ignore the global ringtone configured in this video.       Hi Becky, with the Yealink T54W phone both WiFi and Bluetooth are built in. Older Yealink T4 series phones do require a bluetooth adapter to be plugged into their USB port.
