I made these muffins this morning - at midnight😂. They are amaaaaaazing! Perfect texture and sweetness. I made some changes like subbing w.w. flour for the white (I don't use white flour), added a few more Tbs of coconut milk since w.w. flour is more dry than white. I also added semi sweet chocolate chips as I couldnt find the nuts. Guys, I ate 3 of them at that hour. So delicious, so soft. I will make these again for an event I have coming up! Great recipe from spice island cooking!

Try blending it next time before placing it in the bag.

Interesting method that gives you the spreadable consistency at the end....The methods I've usually seen pour a softer mixture into a pan and let it harden....but I like....and it looks delicious!🤤
