This is really cool for a RPGMAKER Game I'm impressed.
I've never seen this game before but it looks incredibly cool! Love the music, love the graphics, gameplay looks pretty excellent.
The meanings of kanji from second phase's background: 死: death. 胃: which means stomach in general meanings but you can read it as 'Aries'/from Asian 28 constellations in this context. 竜: dragon, written in simplified Chinese characters. 戦: War or Battle 悲: Sadness 天: Sky, or Heavenly
龙:simplified Chinese, 竜:Japanese kanji(2legs in monster hunter), 龍:Japanese kanji(4legs or ture Dragon?) Traditional Chinese simplified Chinese

Theming wise im not sure every serenade attack has a version here, and some attacks he does have seem uncharacteristic, its always good seeing serenade
Yeah some of these attacks for sure don’t fit the character at all unfortunately
2 shields - BN3 reflect when hit normally big laser - BN3 big explosion (the only time he lowers his reflects) reflect scatter - BN3 the S pattern projectiles he sends at you while reflect is up mist attack - BN3 mist man (?) fire attack - got nothing here kanji - cuz its cool

Yeah, Serenade has no hating bone in their program (I say they cuz they're said to be genderless but the pronouns change according to the US/JP mistranslation)

At least Dust Man EX didn't borrow the Recycle Inhaler skill from his Minus Infinity counterpart. If he had that and sucked you in, you'd get turned into an R-Tank. And if you didn't break free fast enough in that state, just getting stomped by Dust Man would be a 1-hit KO. That would've been quite unfair to us, wouldn't it? 😅

This is fucking fantastic! But wished they could fixed Dust Man's buster problem. We have no clue what he uses it for and he never uses it; however, in the Mega Man cartoon episode Incredible Shrinking Mega Man and in the Rockman 4 manga, it fires an energy projectile similar like most Busters. And in the Rockman World 3 manga, Dust Man fires Dust Crusher from his arm instead of his vacuum. I got this from the MMKB Fandom.
Man the second half of this stage blew my fucking brains out when I played this, the insane music the way the gimmick was introduced by killing off some random met, the tension and pace, the shit was just crazy

Nice improved ups and downs. Though weird met placement at 1:05. The burning garbage also reminds me of rockman 4 minus infinity. Nice tough.
This idea is super cool so please allow me - as someone who actively plays MegaMan games for almost 35 years now - to share some feedback of stuff I noticed: The balance between music and soundfx is off, before Punk it's very quite music, after Punk ist super loud! (Compared to the jump & shoot sounds) The new enemies are cool, but some look really out of place with their color pallet. It doesn't fit the level theme all that well. (The birds and the bugs) The flying skulls, flames and the running skellies are super fitting though! The level is pretty long... It's fine to have some challenge, but 4 bosses in one stage is a lot for casual players! I would not recycle the same miniboss! Its cool to bring the idea back for the SkullMan fight, but the same mini boss in one stage twice was always poor decision. Even in the original Games that did it (like MMIV with the hippo) 2:40 the placement of the lower enemies is not good because it gets too close to the life counter. You tend to ignore activity in that corner because the life counter flashes if you charge, so most players will miss that enemy. 3:00 This room has too many Imorms! You should at least have 2 spots were you don't have them falling on your head, otherwise it slows down the flow too much. The Punk fight is creative, but the room is a bit small for it. If the ceiling comes down and the floor comes up you could end up in a place where you cannot doge anymore. Also It look not good when Punk just flies through the ground and is not affected by the terrain. 4:40 I would limit him to only to the sawblade attack on the highest ground level to not collide with walls. 6:08 this is very good to show the player how the platforms work! 6:55 collecting an E-Tank needs a satisfying sound effect! The transition to SkullMan phase 2 is super neat! The font for the "weapon get" looks unfitting for the rest of the UI Maybe it would be nice to indicate checkpoints? In such long levels it helps to know how far back the last CP was in case you are about to die.

What I love about mega maker bosses it really shows you how to not give up no matter how strong they are Especially celestial woman and this boss battle really moved me and inspired me to never give up in tough battles
