sir we have 2 streams one is liquid propylene stream and other is gas propylene stream. on liquid we have 16 nozzles which is going to top of the reactor to control the temp. and found bottom we have 11 nozzles for gas propylene. we have to maintain V /L ratio. controlled flow is liquid & wild flow is gas stream. our polymerization reactor is a horizontal reactor with agitator. reactor have 5 zones. if one of the zone temp increase, liquid flow will increase for that particular zone to bring down the temp inthat case how ratio control will works. Also in gas stream we are injecting Hydrogen to maintain MFR of the polypropylene. can u explain this properly? .also tell me what is mean by bias V/L ratio?

Sir is there any video on PID concepts and delays involved in it. I am computer engineer and in one project got to work on PID system for autopilot of a boat. However, due to lack of proper handling of delays and noises it did not went through.
