Just interact with light switches. If they can be interacted with then it’s 100% not a hunt and vice versa

The ghost was taunting you and it's an event lol.
Oh that 100% was a hunt. An event the ghost doesn’t blink, the model stays full and it made the hunt sound. He must have gone into the room and that broke LoS and instead of going into the open door the ghost went straight then turned around and just never looked in that room. Also the light switch stopped working so that’s another way to tell a hunt
EVERTHING about it felt like a hunt. Crazy if it was that he didn’t follow me into the room though!
@ oh it was a hunt. You definitely got lucky the demon checked other rooms instead haha. There are usually a couple keys the ghost gives that tells you a hunt is starting or the ghost is hunting

In my opinion, at first it was an apparition because the light was normal but right after he disappeared, he instantly hunted. I was a coincidence
