As someone who lives in casey the first I heard about this was the ross reviews spoke about it, apparently it started in june last year. I never got anything in the mail about these changes, to be fair it was the last council member's that came up with this crap, remember we just had an election so hopefully the new member's will get rid of it, there is another youtuber in casey who broke it all down, wish I could remember his name, he said there is a council meeting for this issue in Feb if anyone wants to go and have their say. Time will tell, but with the history of corruption in the casey council over many decades, who knows.

I will say that if these laws stick, the other councils will follow....
