Loved Harper, hated Trance. She's too much of a walking plot device to be a real character, frankly. Of course, the same could be said of Dylan, particularly after Sorbo took over the show.

I remember watching the show when it first came out and always there was something special between Trance and Harper. It was years later that I think it all came together. Trance is the oldest most pervasive force in the universe: Gravity. It controls the ultimate destiny of the universe, and seeks to prevent it from finishing in unending chaos. Se has found a key nexus that is a crucial turning point: Becka Valentine, depending on how her life goes the entire destiny of the universe is changed. She has found and preserved until it is needed the force needed to change Becka's life: Nathan Hunt. He has the will to accomplish the impossible, but will alone is not enough. In addition he need force: Tyre, and Focus: Harper. Harper is perhaps the greatest engineer that has ever or will ever live, but he has no goal or drive. It is Harper's focus and ability to manifest the nearly impossible that makes it all possible. I think it is like she is drawn to the one person that in his very nature the opposite of her. She is all pervasive, inescapable, but diffuse. He has no power himself, but he has the ability to leap intellectual mountains, collect an concentrate an idea into reality, a fog into an ice-pick. She is over 20 billion years old, he will never see 50. I think it is their very differences that draws her to him, and that in her eyes he will be gone in the blink of an eye, so every moment must be cherished.

In awe of your abilities of ploty, emotional, in character, storytelling and making a pretty basic song with repetitive lyrics work so far beyond it should as a perfect seasoning, And you have a Cordy/Doyle vid too!

This is so good! Many great vids often rely on syncing some some of the bits to provide a nice visual to a lyric, with some cuteness or epicenes thrown in to fill the places in-between, yours manages to tell a coherent story almost on its own and a really great song choice provides the glue, narrative, emotional coloring to the scenes to invoke the right memories and the lyric timing makes this both sweet and heartbreaking. AND its 100% accurate to the show, where others may play up and doctor things to enhance what they want to see. Adore it so much. ^_^

The name Drusilla is one of those very dated names like a one hit wonder song. For a brief time it’s a very popular girls name and then quickly no longer popular and very quickly dated. I have at least one 4 greats grandmother with that name.

Watching this video on mute with Chad and Jeremy "A Summer Song" is heartbreaking.
