    So if a baby, child, man or woman dies in a fire or a fireman/woman dies saving someone burning in a fire or those that are blown up and incinerated by bombs etc can not be resurrected? BS ... God can do anything ... the body is just a vessel. When we are resurrected we receive a new body in Christ. I KNOW I will be with my Jesus and will be cremated ... He is my Lord and Savior and all my trust is in Him and Him alone.

    • @faithfuljourneysbiblestories

      You're absolutely right-creation is not a sin. God is the Creator, and everything He made was declared good (Genesis 1:31). Our bodies are part of His creation, and through Christ's resurrection, we have the promise that He will restore and transform our bodies. As Scripture says: **"For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed" (1 Corinthians 15:52).** In His perfect plan, He will bring all things together in glory and make all things new. Trust in His promises! 🙏✨

    Eccl 9:5 says the dead know nothing, the Bible also says to leave the dead and to go and proclaim the gospel.

    • @faithfuljourneysbiblestories
      @faithfuljourneysbiblestories 6 годин тому

      You're referencing two key biblical principles that reflect God's guidance about how we should approach life, death, and our mission as followers of Christ. 1. **Ecclesiastes 9:5 - "The dead know nothing":** This verse reminds us of the human perspective on death. From our earthly view, the dead no longer participate in this world-they don't make decisions, work, or know what's happening under the sun. It emphasizes the brevity of life and the importance of living wisely and in obedience to God while we have the chance. 2. **"Leave the dead to bury their own dead" (Matthew 8:22):** Jesus spoke these words to a disciple who hesitated to follow Him because he wanted to bury his father first. This teaching stresses the urgency of proclaiming the gospel and prioritizing the kingdom of God over all else. It’s not about disregarding love for others, but recognizing that eternal life in Christ takes precedence. Together, these passages call us to focus on living in obedience to God, sharing the gospel, and trusting Him with both the living and the dead. Our mission is clear: to bring the hope of salvation to those who are still here, while resting in the assurance of God's justice and mercy for those who have passed. 🙏✨

    My best friend passed. When his wife called and told me. I was almost as devastated as I was with my father's death. When I cried myself to sleep. In darkness, there was a wooden table with a bowl of fruit, we sat opposite each other relaxed. He smiled at me and I smiled back. I felt at peace. When my dog passed, she was staying with a friend of mine. In what I call the twilight, she came running up to me jumping up and licking my face, arms, playfully tugging my hand. She whined and ran around me sniffing. She turned with her ears pricked and ran. She stopped turned to look at me then ran off. Later that day, my friend called to tell me she had been hit by a car and died on impact. 😢 She had come to say good-bye. 🌻

      Your experiences are profoundly touching and reflect the deep connections you shared with your best friend and your beloved dog. These moments seem to carry a message of love, comfort, and peace-a way for them to reach out and let you know they are okay and that their bond with you endures beyond this life. The vision of your friend at the table, smiling warmly, suggests a quiet reassurance, as if he wanted to leave you with a sense of serenity and closure. Similarly, your dog's joyful and energetic farewell conveys her love and devotion, reminding you of the joy she brought to your life. These experiences can be seen as precious gifts, offering you a chance to say goodbye while affirming the enduring power of love. Hold these memories close-they are a testament to the beautiful relationships you nurtured. May they bring you solace and strength as you continue forward, knowing their love always surrounds you. 🌻💛

    For a funeral these days is around $30,000 this is why cremation is popular. I would like to be buried but at this price who can.

      @sillililli01 2 дні тому

      Natural burial, also known as green burial or eco-friendly burial, is a method of interment that allows the body to decompose naturally in the earth. Much less expensive than a typical burial. The deceased is not embalmed but instead placed in a biodegradable container like a shroud or unfinished wooden or wicker casket. The body is then buried directly in the ground. Look for Natural Burial Associations/Societies with a list of approved natural burial cemeteries in your area.

    • @faithfuljourneysbiblestories
      @faithfuljourneysbiblestories 2 дні тому

      It's true that the rising costs of funerals make traditional burials challenging for many families. Choosing cremation has become a practical option for many, and it's important to remember that what truly matters is honoring the life and faith of the deceased. If burial is your preference, there may be ways to make it more affordable, such as exploring simpler services, community or family plots, or pre-planning to reduce financial strain on loved ones. Ultimately, the focus should be on celebrating the life lived and the hope of eternal life, regardless of the method chosen. God’s love and promise of resurrection transcend any earthly circumstances. 🙏✨

    Yeah…if you think God can’t place your ashes back together, we don’t serve the same God! May I remind you, God made Adam of the dust of the earth. Men and women in war have lost limbs, and left them behind. Do you think God could not piece them back together? Your body is not your soul. There is but one way to God, and it is through Jesus Christ. That is and should be your main focus.

Feeling his peaceful presence and holding onto those cherished memories is a beautiful way to honor him. Scripture offers comfort in times like this: Matthew 5:4: "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." Romans 8:38-39: "Nothing can separate us from the love of God," and that love reflects in the bonds we share, even beyond this life. May his love continue to bring you peace and strength. They are not God. What would be the purpose?

    • @faithfuljourneysbiblestories
      @faithfuljourneysbiblestories 6 днів тому

      You're right-our loved ones are not God. Their role in eternity is different. The purpose of their rest in heaven isn’t to oversee our lives but to experience God’s perfect love, peace, and joy. As for us, the purpose of our journey is to lean on God, who sees our struggles and walks with us through them. Psalm 121:2 reminds us, "My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." It's God who holds the ultimate purpose and care for us. Loved ones may not need to watch over us because God is already doing so, fully and perfectly. Their memory can inspire us, but their peace in God reflects the eternal rest He promises to all who trust in Him. Our purpose here is to grow closer to Him, even in pain, and trust His plan for redemption and restoration.

    Why would they? I wouldn't want them to see me. If they made it to heaven, I want them enjoying it, not worrying about me and the hell I'm going through. We say rest in peace. Oh God I hope they can't see! They shouldn't know how this world has broken me.

    • @faithfuljourneysbiblestories
      @faithfuljourneysbiblestories 6 днів тому

      Your words carry a deep weight, and it's clear you're wrestling with profound emotions. It's important to remember that the loved ones who have passed into God's presence are in a place of perfect peace, free from the worries of this world. As Revelation 21:4 says, “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Their love for you remains, but they are with God, fully trusting His care for you. They would want you to know that God sees your pain and desires to walk with you through it. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” You are not alone in your struggle, and even when the world feels heavy, God’s love for you remains constant. Take comfort in knowing their joy in heaven doesn’t mean they’ve forgotten you, but rather that they trust you in God’s hands. You’re loved-both by them and by the One who holds eternity. ❤️

    Would there be any scriptural backing to this sharing?

    • @faithfuljourneysbiblestories
      @faithfuljourneysbiblestories 6 днів тому

      Yes, several scriptures align with your sharing about seeking help and finding strength in community: Galatians 6:2: "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." This verse reminds us that asking for and offering help is a way of living out Christ's love. Matthew 11:28-30: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." It reflects that seeking support, including from God, brings peace and strength. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10: "Two are better than one... If either of them falls down, one can help the other up." This highlights the importance of community and not walking through challenges alone. Psalm 46:1: "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." It encourages us to lean on God as our ultimate helper in times of need. These verses provide encouragement and affirmation that seeking help-whether from others or from God-is part of His design for our lives. It’s not weakness, but a reflection of faith and humility.

    • @faithfuljourneysbiblestories
      @faithfuljourneysbiblestories 5 днів тому

      Yes, it's essential to root any sharing in scriptural backing to ensure it aligns with the Bible's teachings and resonates with listeners. Here’s a general guide to finding scriptural support: Identify the Core Message: What is the main idea or value you're sharing? For example, love, forgiveness, faith, humility, or service. Search for Relevant Verses: Reflect on where this theme appears in Scripture. Use tools like concordances or Bible apps to find specific verses. Example Themes with Verses: Love: "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; even as I have loved you, that you also love one another." (John 13:34) Forgiveness: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32) Faith: "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1) Humility: "Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you." (James 4:10) Service: "For the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45) Apply the Verse: Tie the verse directly to your point in an encouraging and relatable way. If you’d like, share the specific topic or message, and I can help find a suitable Scripture for it! 🙏✨

    I have been self reliant and not asking for any help. And since mom’s passing into my heath has rapidly declined and had to ask for help that was very hard

      Thank you for sharing something so personal. It takes a lot of strength to recognize when we need help and even more to ask for it, especially after being self-reliant for so long. Your courage in doing so is a testament to your resilience, even during such a difficult time. 💛 Remember, asking for help doesn’t diminish your strength-it shows wisdom and trust in those around you. Leaning on others during tough times is part of healing, and I hope you find comfort and support in this new chapter. If you’d like, share how you’ve been coping-it might encourage others to seek the help they need too. ❤️

    There is no one to remind me. But that’s okay my loved ones are on the other side. Mom I hope you will be there to greet me when I pass. My brother is still alive but he has remained separate. He did that to mom. I have let go of material things and mostly forgive. Forgiveness is the key. I want unconditional love and acceptance.

      Your comment reflects a deep journey of healing, forgiveness, and a longing for love and connection. Forgiveness truly is a powerful key to peace, and letting go of material things often opens the heart to what truly matters-unconditional love and acceptance. Your hope for reunion with your mom shows how strong the bond is, even across life's boundaries. Keep holding on to that love and the peace that forgiveness brings. You’re on a path that reflects strength and grace. 🌟 If you feel comfortable, share more about your journey-it might inspire others walking similar roads. ❤️

      Your heart carries such deep longing and wisdom. It’s a beautiful thing to forgive and seek unconditional love-it reflects God’s own love for us. John 14:2-3: Jesus promises, "I go to prepare a place for you... so that where I am, you may also be." Trust that your mom is in that place, and God will reunite you in His time. Ephesians 4:32: "Be kind and compassionate, forgiving one another, just as God forgave you." Your choice to forgive is a gift to yourself and honors God’s call. May you continue to find peace, knowing you are deeply loved and accepted by Him. ❤️
