Just wanted to let everyone know that we ordered something from 8 fans and the box came practically empty with just a hat and rest of product missing. That's not very good customer service, and the person this happened to is one of the most popular fishermen in northern Michigan. Everyone knows.. if you guys keep up this type of customer service you will have no fans.

Seems nice. Not having hand warmer pockets is a killer though. I wish companies would consider the 10s of thousands of Salt Water wade fishermen in place like the Texas coast and our needs when making these jackets.
