Hey there, pretty late in your video but can I ask what your overall cost of conversion was including the cargo trailer. Can I make this happen under $10k?

Bro, I'm living this exact life. My rig is 16x8.5 towed by a 06 ram cummins 3500. I have 1 dog although I'm about to adopt another. I stay local to my job which is a tower climber then I save up 20k and I travel for a month or 2 then come back. I couldn't be happier tbh glad to see someone else enjoying the life as well. What size is this trailer

if you use a storage tub to stand in with a shower curtain to divert water back into tub, and run your sump into the bottom, just add a water filter and you can take a shower for an hour on as little as 1/2 gallon of water. its called the "hour shower". im building one. but you may have access to plenty of creeks around there. water is such a big problem for many when trying to stay out for longer periods of time. great setup. im building my second trailer now

What Re the biggest downfalls of full timing it in this. Things you wish you had. 3. Towing in the city and on dirt roads, troubles you run into.

How's the split affect your turn radius?

Not being critical, just thought you might want to know - the sound/volume on this video is terrible - you need to either speak louder or have the microphone closer to you. Even though I had my volume turned up full, for most of the video it was really hard to hear what you were saying. I do like the layout you chosen.

Is that water heater is good enough to take a good shower?

Heat rises, you want your heaters close to floor. It's not propane leaks that kill you, it's the carbon monoxide from burning it.

it never ceases to amaze me that people will put videos like this up thinking that we want to see how they built their cargo trailer. The truth is, we do. Usually because we have a cargo trailer ourselves and what ideas to help us build it. What we want to do is to compare what you've done to what we want to do with our trailer and it ideas. What I'm amazed with is how few people will tell us the size of their trailer so we can compare what they've done with our available space.

I love dogs, Actually had a wolf hybrid named Shelby that fucking chewed everything!! She gave me nightmares that she was sharpening her teeth daily to eventually turn on me it was wicked god damn creepy.... So SHE GONE!!! I’m considering framing walls and a roof around a 7 x 16 trailer as opposed to converting a cargo trailer. Apart from saving on the cost of building materials and reducing the likelihood of leaking (which I consider the big upsides), why did you choose a cargo trailer?

Lots of pro/con arguments regarding unvented propane heaters. Most suggest a CO detector. Do you open windows, if not what is your experience if using all night? Any after effects?

I have and used 5 foot long snowshoes that are about 10 inches wide in the 70s living on a dairy farm in Upstate NY and it was fun. The snow was about 4 ,5 feet deep. And I didn't use ski poles.
