I've got both watches. AMA-A-A-A-ZING watches. The only watches I wear. I only suggest that you change the bands to an expandable band that makes it SUPER easy to put on and take off. This A700w Casio model is the BEST of all the Casio models in my opinion!!!!!!!!!

Ive A SMALL vintage casio COLLECTION COMPARED TO YOU DIE HARD FANS and by a long shot this actual A700 variant i have and wow it is my fav that and me DBC611.. JUST WISHED THEYD BRING BACK THE CHROME VERSION DBC611 as ive got the matt finish later variant...

Very beneficial and comprehwnsive vid. It has also One good feature is the Nivachron balance spring for anti magnetism and the high rate of 28800 vibrations per hour. All in all , you can not find anywhere else that bunch of great features. I am concidering to buy it and searched for related vids and yours is by far the best so far. I prefer the brown leather strap because , in my opion, it fits more to the case style. ⏰⏱️🧭⌚️🕰️Looking forward for more such great presentations cheers ⏳

First time watching this video. Im happy to say that I have 2 of the 5 examples on this video. White dial junghans which now comes with a saphire option and the 38 MM bambino with 20 MM straps cream dial. Both are my favorites watches

a700 is a true f**koff piece. would take it over a gold sub anyday.

Today, the entire Max Bill family does come with a sapphire crystal by default. I have the black dial automatic - I love the painted-lume numerals, which seem to float in space above the dial. No date, although the ETA movement retains a "ghost" crown position. The one oddity, for a "utilitarian" design, is the tiny crown, which makes winding the watch a bit of a pain.

Honestly… the fact that they print “automatic” on watches is the least aesthetic practice. I’ll never buy a watch that tells me what the watch does while I’m trying to read the time

It’s a 1970’s Timex Malin, I also have the gold plated version with original leather strap in mint condition, there was also a chrome plated version, my one is dated 1977, the year of the Queen’s Silver Jubilee.

Can we do tight straps according our hand thickness ? Can we move lock what I want to know? And what about scratches?

I got my 40mm on mesh a few months ago while they were still available- 42mm is too big for a dress watch. I switch the mesh up with a very high quality Cognac leather strap. I love it.

I tried this little thing on today. You’re bang on the mark when you say it wears smaller. My wrists are skinny so if a watch is too large the strap tends to fall away at a ninety degree angle from the lug atop the logo, which basically constitutes a dealbreaker for me. But this thing didn’t seem to do that, which surprised me. _Extremely_ tempting, and I was actually waiting for the new Powermatic 35mm in ‘ice blue’ . . . The only thing that might dash it is the relatively low water resistance, but they again thirty bar isn’t the worst, either. How’s the timekeeping? Seconds lost / gained daily a year later?
