English kid 10 years in North Wales to 18 , learnt Welsh for 2 years and this beautiful anthem in Welsh ..Brings tears to my eyes even now. No national anthem comes close, if so haven't heard it .

Many of my family have been members of London Welsh Male Voice Choir and this brings back beautiful memories of my childhood. I am totally blessed that it found me through the algorithm ❤🎉

I lived in Wales for a time but am a NZ Scot. Rugby was a subject not talked about!!! Back in NZ at a resthome, a Welsh lady would sing the Welsh National Anthem, a 93 year old woman played it on the piano (for the aulde people), a man played the trombone, and I piped it on bagpipes, all by ear and it gelled wonderfully 🎶 🎵

I didn't like this song when I first heard it at one of the choir's performances in North Wales a few months ago.. However now that I have taken the time to read the words and again and again watch this video, I see how beautiful it is. Wow! Another magical presntation - and those praying hands are so innocent .
