1. Pre-wrap start distal to proximal, stop before calf muscle @ 1:00 2. Anchors proximal & distal @ 1:45 3. 3 stirrups, medial to lateral @ 2:20 4. 1 spur after each stirrup @ 2:47 5. 2 heel-locks @ 4:18 6. Figure-8 @ 5:30 7. Anchor distal @ 6:05 8. Anchor above ankle and work to proximal @ 6:35
