Romania has the saddest NQ-streak because all their songs between 2018 and 2021 were good, especially 2018 and 2019 deserved to qualify, but 2021 could have been good as well if they hadn't given her such a hard choreo. Other HUUUGE robberies are Switzerland 2018, Greece 2018, Albania 2014 (bad staging ruined it), Montenegro 2022 (literally my winner but they ruined her staging as well), Georgia 2023, Latvia 2023 (one of the worst, most undeserved, outrageous NQ:s in ESC history), Israel 2014, and Finland 2017.
