What about battery real experience? I want a gadget to do the same as you. Over all taking notes. Do it last for a day usage? I have been reading about many problems with battery just over 4-5hrs. Thanks
The battery definitely does not last a day. You will have to take a charger if school/work lasts for 7 hours. I carried a USB-C charger with me because it was lighter than the one in the box. Hope this helps!

When I ordered my computer from Microsoft they recommended I get a service pro seven. I did and cannot use it. They didn’t have any keyboards available, at least not the one that I could afford. The 129 was out of stock and I did not have 180 after buying the surface pro seven. I can’t believe they recommended it because I’m blind and use a screen reader. Anybody know how to get narrator up when you can’t see the screen?

What will be better for notetaking Ipad or Surfase?
It depends a lot on what your main area of study is. For example, I think that chemistry notes would be difficult to type, but the iPad can’t do computer science stuff like a desktop could. Personally, I like the Apple Pencil better than the Slim Pen, but I mainly just used the Slim Pen for making diagrams in my notes (not writing)
