This video addresses our illusion that ourself is real. The Heart Sutra begins with an examination of the 5 skandhas which are observed to be empty of any essential nature. Form is emptiness and emptiness is form, etc. The assembly are well familiar with the fact that we have no viable self. Modern people are under the illusion that they have a "self"

I think he means as you take apart a car you realise there is no car in it. No car-ness. So a human is more a process, it is not a thing. So there are no objects. Only relationships, processes, reflection. Those words describe consciousness. All you see is the processes, the reflection of consciousness All you are is consciousness 😅 Now act accordingly. Just kidding. See if it is true for you. To understand is cool. To embody it is the test of time. When i fail to be loving, it brings me compassion for all that tried. For all beings. For all that is in the state of being.❤ I recognize myself in others. That is love. Forgiveness peace joy contentment , all rises fom love. Love is what you are. Love is what you seek. "Know thy self" Delphi "I know nothing " Socrates "Nothing pases with ease through the eye of a needle" Jesus Science: the objective objectfication of objects is trying to find a "thing"😅 The more it fails, the more it succeed, since there is no-thing . But it can't understand that. 😅😢

I understood like this; Buddha set out to find cure for old age, sickness, death and permanent solution to be happy. He realized that cause of old age, sickness and death is due to ever changing nature of our body and why our body changed, it's because it is not permanent, and it exist because of cause and effect. Egg and sperm come together and form embryo and then baby, we eat, food goes to stomach, intestine observe nutrients, blood distribute nutrients and oxygen to body organs and then we can see and feel. Like our body everything else is also not permanent, they exist because of cause and effect. Our feelings, our wisdom/understanding, our consciousness, our knowledge, our birth, our death and even our suffering is not permanent. Their nature is of emptiness. Their nature is of cause and effect. When you come to this realization that nothing is permanent and only exist because of cause and effect, you come to realize the true nature of world as impermanent. And when the car you love the most breaks down, you know there is something that cause its failure. You will not get angry with your car for breaking down, rather you will look to repair it and seek measures to prevent its future breakdown. When some says bad things to you, you will learn to think what may be the reason for person behaving like that instead of retaliating. You will learn to control your feeling as you now know there is cause for it. Slowly you learn to put yourself in other shoes before you act and separate right from wrong. This will reduce/liberate you from your suffering as you distance yourself from wrong doings and hence, enabling to live blissful life where you accept old age, sickness, death and happiness are part of the life. You know they exist, you know there is something causing them, you know to fix your problem you need to tackle its cause and then only you can live blissful life. Prajnaparmita is something that you need to practice in everyday life. It is all about seeing thing as is, knowing it is not permanent and it is there due to some cause and effect. Remembering change is ultimate truth, people change, love change, feelings change, knowledge change, way of doing things change, lifestyle will change, everything in and around us will change. Hence, being fixating in one things is waste of time. Rather treat things in current situation as it is happening. And remember what is true for you is true for all.

I understand air is associated with touch and earth with smell since air is the first element that can be felt and only felt on the body, and earth the only one that can be smelt. But why are space that is invisible and formless associated with sight, water with sounds and fire which cannot be tasted with taste? Quite confusing.
