Why do you hate wearing these leggings and socks in your long videos?
Whats the point of hamstring stretch if your legs are bent?
Stretching your hamstrings with bent knees targets different muscles. It primarily focuses on the muscles in the calf and lower part of the hamstring. This variation can be gentler for beginners or those with tightness in the back of the legs. If you want to target the entire length of the hamstring, straightening your legs during the stretch is recommended.
For beginners, it's also recommended to slightly bend the knees during hamstring stretches to make it easier to maintain a Straight back.
