Albert's Rare & Vintage Guitars Collection
Приєднався 5 чер 2017
I am a collector of "vintage" instruments since the end of the 70s. My passion has led me to be able to distinguish the different nuances between the sounds of the various instruments and to establish their originality. See hendrixguitars.com

Jacques Mazzoleni tells the story of Django Reinhardt's Selmer 704. Of all the guitars said to have passed through Django's hands, only two are proofed. The first is serial number 503 which he collected in 1940 and used until his death in 1953. Django's son Babik played the 503 until his mother donated it to the Musée Instrumental de Paris in 1964. The other is serial number 704. This is the on...

Ooooooffffffaaaaa
Nice demo. A buddy had one in the early '90's. Very cool ES-175 model.
I still have one that looks like this one, but the bridges brass and the tuning knobs are gold color and the inlays looks like brass rings. The neck is finished super good. Still in perfect setup.
Very interesting. What is its worth, I wonder?
Buen sonido Maestro
Awesome❤
Awesome, thanks for sharing this
Jacques, what a fabulous story ... A 70 years odyssey and you are holding it. Wow !
Does anybody know the name of the tune ?
Troublant bolero
Grazie
I want to hear a humbucker Gibson through the tube E.P. into those two Fender woodie amps .
What a historic guitar. It has an amazing story. Thanks for sharing.
Cool
Better and better! 😸
Beautiful resonator, here we are looking you in Ecuador western south America. Enjoy it
Great sound
Sounds fantastic
Awesome to be honest have a wonderful day ❤😊
I own one of these! 1979 F40BLD it was a gift from a family friend when I was 14 (now 28) and didn't realize what I had for so long (neither did they, it just sat in their closet). So cool to see more of these out there!
My G37 has an internal pickup with the plug in built into the strap knob. I presumed they were all acoustic electric. Is that not the case?
If this guitar was in England - I would probably buy it.
Must be very cold out there…but the guitar sounds warm 😂
I have a 1979 version (F212XL NT) of this chime cannon. Wonderful tone.
The Guild F212 XL is a little bit bigger with more bass. It's a very good 12 strings, but the end of the 60's is the golden age for the twelve strings Guild.
I own this exact Guitar......1978 F40 Bl poor mans gibson jumbo. Built like a tank and always stored in it's case ......mine's mint
Time for a string change.
Owned five American guilds and on China made now I'm down to two. Great rocker style man.
Not noted for their 70's acoustics. Here's why.
Sounds like my Epiphone 😂😂😂
A most iconic 12 string ..I believe Ralph Towner started with the F212 in the beginning of his career. It has a small body but true to Guilds sound it delivers a big bold bass and clarity..built to be played..a true original.
Well, small ... it's actually slightly wider than a dreadnought in the lower bout. But they're marvelous guitars; I have one of these, also 1968, made in Hoboken (Guild's "golden era"), probably the best thing out of there since Sinatra! : )
That was just beautiful; thanks.
What tuning are you using here?
▶️🎸I will soon buy a Guild D 55 Antique Burst 🙋♂️ 🌟🌟🌟
A-Scrunn A -Futt A-Bimble Butt Whogga Whogga Whooo... innit oh yes ! Bibbely Wibbley Dibble Fibble, that's what I say !
Haha! Wow that sounds great, excellent, well played
Such a great sound and great strumming! Really want to get this same model
hey cool
That's a beauty!
I own a blond 74 jazz bass that I bought brand new. It's just like new, and so is the case.only time I ever take it out of the case, is to play it a while then put it back. I love it.
Yeah!
Yo it's for sale?
www.hendrixguitars.com
Love my 1988 D50. It's the one guitar I will never sell.
I'm caught between the D40 & the D55. ! Any suggestions ?
@@SMC84601 That's a tough question. There is a big difference in price. If you can afford the D55 that might be your best option because if your get the D40 you might always be wondering if you should've have gone one step further. No matter what you choose, you will always have a quality great sounding guitar.
@@weihuafischer6538 Well said !! I was thinking exactly the same. !👍D55 it is then !!😁
@@SMC84601 Alright! But you know how it goes, until you pull the trigger nothing is final! Good luck!
@@weihuafischer6538 😂This is very true !! Thanks ..😁
It looks great and sounds nice. Does it have the bottom end of a Gibson J45 or a Guild? Just wondering if you've played those as well. Wahi' Valleys
Haven't played those but it has plenty of bottom end. After playing many many guitars, this is now my fav
I hope you don't mind if I mention that you misspelled "Collection," and the is no need for an apostrophe after "rare." All the best and love the guitar! I have 4 Daions of my own. Wahi' Valleys
Great playing!
люблю сумасшедших гитаристов -- коллекционеров! да я и сам такой!
This guitar sounds amazing!
Nice! WooF!
Was this 71 D28 for sale ? Did you own this guitar for a long period of time?
Hi, can you tell me the serial number on this unit? How do you know it is a 1975?
I have that same guitar that was my dads. So many memories of him playing it!
I have a Daion '78 Heritage purchased in 1978. Better build and sound than my Gibson J45 Custom. Beautiful instrument. They went the extra mile in terms of quality - probably too far and went bust in 1984.
sad they went under, I wouldn't trade mine for anything (79 Year Series model BE) . of my 11 guitars its my #1❤
