It’s not 100 leads in a second because vapi has a 10 concurrent calls limit, but good video. What allows you to call all of them is the break feature which will retry. Again when there’s a fail which will avoid the 10 max cap

The Twillio one is actually broken. The one VAPI build is way better. Were you getting proper "ended reason" with it now?
@@tylanmillertech Yes, twilio side ‘call status’ and ‘answered by’, indicated it was detecting vms accurately. Same thing with our end of call report ended reason. What happened with twilio detection? Must have broke recently?

This video is unique. Thanks for sharing it. I implemented everything as you suggested and got the 201 status code but it does not detect any voicemail yet. Should I be getting the answer inside the endedReason parameter? Twilio says that it returns inside the parameter answeredBy but VAPI does not has this parameter.

@@ZubayrBaig-q2x definitely, I’d set the scenario to run incrementally (e.g once ever 5 minutes, 2 minutes… etc). You’ll also want to set the search function in the google sheets to return only 3 or 5 rows..

i think it will be a good move to make a tutorial with GHL and vapi x make to make Ai Agents for outbound calling and appointment bookings since there are a lot of people who are asking this info about this topic
I've built a few of these bots and automations, but never considered doing the analysis afterwards and using openai assistants to do the analysis. I've always just crafted a prompt and dropped it in the ui where you can prompt the after call analysis. Also, I've always just let the bot call a tool or function to update data like email instead of waiting after the call. Maybe it was the use case. Obviously here you didn't need to do async actions. Why did you decide to do the analysis post call like that? especially for the email? Instead of having the vapi assistant share it's collected data directly? Thanks for your excellent content. I still learned quite a bit.

I have a question please related to your last video I followed your steps on ElevenLabs, but I’m stuck linking my Twilio number-it rings once and disconnects. The docs mention setting up a public URL with Ngrok and configuring webhooks etc,but it’s a bit confusing. Any advice? Thanks again!
The relates to your inbound webhook in twilio. You need to specify the address which hosts the agent logic in your number configuration within twilio.

Great breakdown -- it looks like a good start for 11labs. And the widget it cool. Hopefully they'll be adding in some of the nicer features that VAPI and Retell have in future updates (like prompt trees.)

so roughly $12-15/ hour?
It would be good if Elevenlabs were a bit more transparent with what folks are being charged for "each call" and put the amount next to the call length time on the 'conversations' page. I found this call system i) Slow ii) Unreliable and iii) Expensive when I tested it two weeks ago using a phone number. It felt more like a gimmick than a serious telecoms product that could handle scale. Maybe that has changed?
Correct, about $13 /hr. $220 for 16 hours $1,100 for 85 hours
