Timber Valley Retreat is nestled along the historic National Park Service / Chesapeake and Ohio Canal / C&O Canal in Washington County Maryland at mile marker 108.

This amazing private campground is located in Clear Spring, MD 21722 It sleeps 18 people, full summer kitchen, two cabins and one camper (all with AC), outdoor shower, enclosed flushable toilet, pond, paddle boat, huge fire pit, playground, hiking trails, and memories to last a lifetime!! There is also a primitive tent site that can be rented with the campground or separate. This is perfect for large family getaways, youth group retreats, scouts, church group retreat and much more! Pet friendly and kid friendly.

We have two cabins that can sleep 18 people and pets. We only rent to one family or group at a time.
