That performance of "Cause We've Ended As Lovers" was better than the entire Eric Clapton Tribute to Jeff, which IMO, was just ghastly. Tommy, that was beautiful and from the heart. All great guitar players know that Jeff was the guy!

Tommy Emmanuel does an excellent rendition of Jeff Beck's classic "Cause We've Ended as Lovers". Jeff Beck is an all time favorite of mine. Jeff was about 4 years older than me and always inspired me to do more with my music. I have a Ukulele and $1500 worth of harmonicas that I love to play. I have mechanic's hands and get my fingers crossed up. Thanks to Jeff Beck and Tommy Emmanuel for excelling at guitar music. I am Thankful for great musicians and I try to add mine to the mix.

I’m a giant fan of Tony Enamel (if you’re not a Tommy Virgin, you know that joke) So, I’m biased. Sue me. He can play with the angels and make them walk away like Steve Vai in “Crossroads”.

Had the pleasure of seeing this performed last night from just the 3rd row at Tommy’s show in Birmingham, AL. What a beautiful tribute. He explained he put baritone strings on a Mid sized Maton and the sound just turned out amazing
