I lost 60lbs in 2020 before my sister passed away and after I gained it all back and then some. Starting weight then was 252 and starting weight this time around was 258. I lost 8 pounds since May 11th. I also work from home.

Hi Gina, I know what you are going through. I lost my father on Jan 30, 2024. I'd put his health before mine but I always ate healthy. My father had suffered a massive heart attack in 2005 that changed his life and he developed more health problems(COPD, kidney problems). He and my brother were diabetics, so I started them to cooking with healthy fats (Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Avocado Oil), more fruits and veggies. My father and brother lived 20 miles away and I'm still working so I could visit on weekends and take off work for my father's Drs appointments. Doing so much running around, I didn't have time to exercise or keep up with my appointments. My father was 94 when he passed from kidney failure. Now, I'm the Trustee Admin and taking care of his Trust. Now I do have time to take care of myself. I'm with you on this weight loss journey. I was on your previous. My mind is clear and ready to go! Blessings!!

Hi, Gina! I’m glad you’re back. I followed the weight loss competition you had several years ago, and I reached my goal. I didn’t have a lot to lose. Probably 10 or 15 pounds. But I wanted it off before it became unmanageable. I’m to that point again, unfortunately. So I’m going to try again with you. You are still beautiful.

Hi Gina, All the thing you have mentioned I have done but I do need to get back to doing. I do still use coupons. I still buy the inserts and print out coupons ways to save money. Since I have a lot of allergies, I don't eat out just prepare my food at home. Thank you so much and have a blessed week!!
