    So you don’t use the top at all when you cook this? The parchment is a nice option just wondered if you could put olive oil in the pan with parchment.

    The ingredients are listed in his title Queso means cheese. All of America should know that word because Mexican food is so popular and the word is used constantly in Commercials; especially during the Superbowl. The cheese looks like cream cheese. Guayaba is a fruit. Just puree the fruit because it's very sweet. As for the bread get Pillsbury dough. As to how to put together...he just demonstrated it. I forgot to mention it looks like he brushed each one with melted butter which gives it a golden color.
