Yes to a large degree angrily . We are a Canadian company and chose Canada post being one of the few Canadian options along with providing fairness to all customers in the North America. In order to give out the most efficient postage rates we sign a contract with them. ( this allowed us to have the lowest shipping cost ) But obviously now we are left with no service on top of UPS/Fedex are taking premium. While we still charge Our customers the previous rates. ( preordered items and in stock ) we pay about 4 to 9$ more per package ( times 80 to 150 packages a day ) Makes for Sad Snowman.
