      When your mind can't take it anymore, it just finds a solution. If the boredom is too much, it will find creativity. If the trauma is too much, it can even shut down memories, so that you can survive the experience. I see this in cases of sexual abuse. What kind of solutions it finds depends on how you're wired, yes... and a lot of that is upbringing. But everyone tries to what they feel is right. Even people way may percieve to do "bad things" have what they understand as good reason for their actions. Inherently we all want to do "good". ... "good" is a far more subjective concept than we think it is.

    • @JakaPetric
      @JakaPetric 6 місяців тому

      @@janjapetric no, kids will be bored out their minds when you take them off a device, but in time, their mind won't be able to take it, and that is when they begin to create 🤓

    I've had some very close encounters with pain, and those have left me with PTSD. It has taken me almost a decade to get over it, and parts still linger. It is, however, our perception of pain that creates how much we are able to withstand, and how we deal with it. Some people can handle twice the pain others can, with absolutely no hint of PTSD, and that pain makes them stronger, because they know how to deal with it, and learn from it. If we managed to change our perception of pain, we could bear more, and deal with it more easily... especially the "pains" of modern life, where many exaggerate feeling pain - the opposing spiral of bearing more pain, more easily. Both of these dynamics are based in our perception of pain. Admittedly, there is always a threshold beyond which pain will just damage anyone. What I'd like to explore is, how much more pain can we endure based on our perception of it, amd how much we can learn from our ability to "play" with this perception.

    Thats your poisoning leaving the body. Body smell is vacteria feeding onna sugary diet. Arm and fot bacteria makes the smell. Mouth bacteria feeding on meat dosent smell. All protein is digested and there is no fart smell. Fart smell is indigestible plants.

    Had to comment: Luka's issues with refs have been minimised this year, and he has even improved as a player. It is the mark of greatness - when you're down, get back up, better. He should be the MVP this season. Stats in first 5 seasons better than both MJ and LJ, so ... this content is ... now dated 🙌

    Why diet?

    • @JakaPetric
      @JakaPetric 7 місяців тому

      Because our body has to filter out everything. Eat what's good for your body specifically, and your body can heal... all on it's ownsome :) we just need to give it a hand :) food is one of (many) ways.

    I'd be disciplined af to reach all of my goals, objectives... I'd take care of my things, of myself in every way. I'd exercise, I'd eat healthy, and I'd do whatever necessary to make all what I dream of a reality. I wouldn`t postpone shit, and I wouldn't get distracted.

    • @JakaPetric
      @JakaPetric 7 місяців тому

      Sounds like you're very disciplined - you know what you want, and go for it, and nothing will stop you. I'm sure you're the type that could run through a brick wall, question is: is that wall you're running through ... the right wall? If it feels great, and you're working within your cycles, you feel fulfilled, and can't wait to go again - then you know you're on the right path. I used to do things because I felt I needed to, now I do things because I love to do them. They're still hard, and it's still an uphill battle, still requires discipline, but it does not exhaust me anymore. Good luck! With your determination, I'm sure you can do anything you set your mind to.

    you know, listening to your video felt like the everyday positive mundane video. Until I got the Goggings part, and I'm not necessarily a fan nor a hater, but you said about the hate environment, and that synced with me. I've always hated myself but always tried to look at the positives part. I've tried countless times to go to the gym, to eat healthy and always failed, always tried and always failed, one month after the other. In the last 6 months, I just started going to the gym out of spite, every day. I started to eat more healthily, the food lost its taste indeed. Now I eat to live, I'm not living to eat anymore. Even tho' the hate grows stronger each day, I feel way better, physically and mentally. And I love this feeling. I don't love the feeling of hate. I love the feeling of feeling better. And hate just helps me. I'm trying to not project the hate on anyone other than myself, though. No one deserves this kind of hate.

    • @JakaPetric
      @JakaPetric 7 місяців тому

      That's brilliant! Everyone needs to find their own self. If the being tough on yourself way works for you, that's awesome. Really happy you've found that side of yourself. This hate you have... in a funny way, is actually you loving yourself. Like the dad that loves his son, and has a stern relationship with him, because he knows tough trials will mould him into someone successful. It can look like hate, but if it moves you forward, if you feel good, if you're doing well, it is actually love. Not your typical type of love that mostly women are so very good at, this is a very typically masculine type of love. Embrace it.
