    Can you pls explain the difference between Update Action and Create Action in the Related Record's Component?

      The difference between "Update Action" and "Create Action" component items, pictured in the video as "Update Contact" and "New Contact", is that by selecting "Update Contact", you will be able to update the related Contact record that is displayed in the "Related Record" component. By selecting "New Contact," Salesforce will allow you to create a new Contact record that is related to the existing case.

    i am getting this error "before you can transfer this record, the new owner needs Read permission on it and related records.

      A common issue that would cause this error is that the new Owner does not have permission to view the transferred record. The permission can be granted via a Profile or Permission set, depending on the Salesforce license of the new owner.
