Should ownership be the sole decider, or does staff need to be let in on the process? In this Taking Care of Bu...

Most UK heat pump installations are air source water pump heaters, so the heat exchanger pulls the heat from the air, but uses that to heat water and underfloor heating. No air blowing inside.

My heart sunk when Wood-Mode closed their doors in 2019. My first house I built had Wood-Mode cabinetry in , that held up like iron. Now in 2022 , I'm about to put in an order for a whole house remodel using Wood-mode contemporary Vanguard Birdseye maple veneer cabinets. I can't wait to see the finish product ! This company IS AMAZING to deal with. During my process of designing the kitchen , I could pick up the phone and talk to a human being in seconds who is over the top friendly and will get the answers I need. This company is homegrown in the middle of rural central Pennsylvania. It could not be any more family run and customer oriented. Bless this man, Bill French : for saving this company and so many jobs !

The public thinks all homebuilders are millionaires, 50% of the consumers think we are crooks "some are", trade guys feel we are a check cashing machines and honestly the banks love because we turn over assets so quick assuming that we finish on time but at the end of the day we are no different than any other person who should be in love with what we do... I am a BUILD show fanatic and Matt is my digital mentor as well as others. Thanks for your transparency and your guidance we appreciate your love for the craft and your business acumen!!!
