Nice, looks like a strong but lean structure. How did you work out the design? Are you working from plans or chicken scratch on paper?
I had general dimensions and an idea in my brain, then started eating the elephant one bite at a time. Used foam board (off camera) to figure out the profile and see what looked reasonable, then transferred to wood templates. Roof was designed around accommodations for a roof vent and sky light.
Looks very nice! Cool to see the progress - Was that fiberglass in the beginning on the plywood? Whats that for? to weatherproof the underside?
Yup.Fiberglass and truck bed liner for the underside.
