Pretty much Echo and the Bunnymen tribute (the clue is in their name). Is that what happens now ? - we just regurgitate something almost sound for sound, from so long ago we hope people don't remember ? - and from the comments, no one does.
@@redstrat1234 You’ve confused being inspired by something with “tribute”. There is TONS of sound for sound, note for note rip offs of any genre/decade out there now. Go hunt them down. This track takes some sound influence for the likes of Echo & The Bunnymen and The Cure but is more akin overall probably to something from the mid-00s indie revival and the chorus has a sort of 90s swaggery thing going on it. I am totally all for people thinking the song is shit or whatever, whatever. But I’m not into that kind of lazy comment above.
