Retired Canadian Biker and fanatical skier living on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I've recently bought a GoPro and a DJI Mini 3 pro, as well as learning to edit videos with Davinci Resolve 18. So, bare with me, I'm new to this and still learning. I intend to focus on Skiing videos, Motorcycling videos, Drone videos, and anything scenic I can find, especially on Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. I own 2 motorcycles, a 2007 Harley Davidson Electra Glide, and a 2016 BMW S1000XR.

Tom and I riding our BMWs to Sooke and back. I screwed up the frame size when I did the video, but its not worth the 3 or 4 hours it would take to do it again.
Port Renfrew Loop (4 hour ride shortened to 46 minutes)

This is a local Victoria B.C. motorcycle ride from Victoria, to Sooke, along the coast up to Port Renfrew, then across to Lake Cowichan, through Duncan, and back to Victoria. Its about a 250 km ride, and takes just over 4 hours to complete. Its usually a total of 6 or 7 hours when you add breaks, gas and the like. 39th Annual Port Alberni Toy Run, held in beautiful Port Alberni B.C., Canada, on Vancouver Island. Starts at Little Qualicum Falls, then a 30 km ride on a closed highway to Port Alberni. Officially there were about 1200 bikes registered, but the actual total was probably more like 1600-1800.

I was riding near UVic, and entering a roundabout, when this truck cuts me off. The writing on the truck said Argo Metal Works, but I can't find an address for it any where. After reviewing the video several times, I don't think he knows the rules in a round about.

@@HawgRiderBC At the beginning where you see the cars on the road. The pace is slower than it really should be. I know you’re a newbie at this, but ya gotta remember your viewers will get bored and move onto something else that has a faster pace. Only my opinion of course. You can ignore it if you want.
@@BookDragonOne I'm still just learning my drone piloting skills, the photography will have to come next.
@@BookDragonOne My long-term goals are to do a Vancouver Island travel guide for bikers. My bro, Gary, and I are going to search out interesting and unique places on the Island, and video them. I got a GoPro camera, so I can add that video to the drone video, put it all together on a computer with editing software.
Do the Abbys bat at the drone to try to catch it?
Nope, they never even try to touch it. What was really funny was when I put this video on the TV, and snickers climbed right up to the screen, and watched himself for the whole video.
